THE GROUPTermal Group is a company with headquarters in Bologna, but with a strong inter-national vocation. Its activity started in the 80s, as a distributor for Italy and other European countries of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioners. In the early 2000s, Termal has implemented its air-conditioning offer by developing Hokkaido brand. This has allowed Termal to oversee all market segments, with products for the residential, commercial, industrial and tertiary sectors. The new challenge of Termal Group is represented by electric mobility. In 2007, the company has made its entry in this field with Wayel brand.
The headquarters in Bologna (4000 square meters of office space and 4500 square meters area for products’ warehousing) is the operational centre of commercial activities, assistance and technical training, directly managed in order to ensure the highest quality standards. One of its strengths is the logistic structure, that through a single distribution centre at its hea-dquarters, provides just in time deliveries and stock availability for purchases of both considerable and reduced volumes. Customers are also offered the opportunity to buy the spare parts directly online from restricted areas; this accelerates the procedures of entering and processing orders, thus allowing to speed up the service interventions.

THE SALES NETWORK The distribution is organized through channels dedicated to specific market segments. In Italy, the distribution of Termal products is entrusted to 6 different commercial companies.
Climamio franchising network consists of over 190 outlets including Store, Green Shop, Shop and Point, placed throughout the national territory. An experienced and reliable air-conditioning professional team is at the disposal of end Users, to assist them in all necessary steps for selection of the most suitable products, and in order to meet different air-conditioning needs. Climamio outlets follow the whole life cycle of the product after installation, offering a scheduled maintenance and a qualified assistance able to solve every problem.
Green Termal Systems is the network specialized in VRF systems, in addition to commercial and residential products. A network of agencies with national coverage, which is aimed at studies of thermal engineering project planning, and addresses to specialized installers operating in residential and commercial air conditioning. Green Termal Systems has a hi-ghly skilled technical department, capable of assisting the Designers and Installers at all stages of design and plant engineering, in both pre-sales and after-sales.
Termal.net is the company that addresses exclusively to wholesalers of thermohydraulic and electrical channels, distributing the residential and light-commercial products in Italy through a network of agencies with national coverage.
Termal Hot Wave is the channel specialized in hydronic systems and production of sanitary hot water. It addresses to thermotechnics design agencies, specialized installers and buil-ding firms.
Termal International is the company that deals with the distribution of air-conditioning and hydronic products in several European countries.
Hokkaido Italia is born as a distributor of Hokkaido brand on the Italian market, through a network of agencies spread all over the national territory. It addresses to wholesalers and installers of the traditional hydrothermo-sanitary channel.

Air-conditioning - in summer and winter – has now become a need for eve-ryone. Often it is important to do so while respecting the external appearance of the buildings, as in the case of old town centres, and not only. Today, all this is possible with ONLY in, the heat pump without outdoor unit. The evaporator and the condenser are united in only one body, usually divided in the traditio-nal split made of two units. As the whole has been united in only one body, the only necessary communication with the outdoor environment is made with two holes of 16 cm in diameter. The installation is quick and convenient and does not compromise in any way the external appearance of the building. Fur-thermore, the design of ONLY in, modern and minimalist, fi ts in any interior design, for a new air-conditioning “without architectural barriers”.
Always in the context of air-conditio-ning, Termal presents MULTIFLARE DC Inverter, an innovative multi system up to 9 heat pump indoor units, that can be installed by fl are connections only, thus making easier the intervention of the installer. In addition to the fi xed air conditioners: the portable air condi-tioner, the dehumidifi ers and the total heat recovery unit, in order to recovery energy inside the room in the winterti-me, during the air exchange.

Thirty years of experience accumulated by the distribution of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries & Hokkaido brands allows today Termal Group to propose a line of products signed by their brand. A proposal intended to expand, to off er the market products in line with technological developments and energy saving.
ACQUATERM is a technologically advanced and comprehensive system, able to ensure HEAT and COOL with low energy costs and full respect for the environment. All this is achieved thanks to the emission of CO2 and to the use of eco-friendly refrigerant gas R410A. ACQUATERM produces hot water with temperature from 25° C up to max 55° C. In the summer cycle, it can cool the water from 25° C down to 7° C. The system is equipped with Twin Rotary compressor and DC Inver-ter control.
WARM COIL is a fan coil with radiant eff ect, ultra silent. In standard mode, the fan allows WARM COIL to warm and cool the rooms, in order to achie-ve quickly the highest comfort. In ra-diant mode, the main fan stops, while a silent micro DC fan with permanent magnets transfers the heat exchan-ger’s heat directly to the faceplate of the WARM COIL, thus warming the room by radiant eff ect.
HOT WATER is a comprehensive ran-ge of heat pump water heaters. 4 mo-dels, including a great novelty for the market: a 70 litres that can be installed also as a recessed type of refrigerator. A model of 190 litres and 2 models of 300 litres complete the range, one of which can be connected with solar sy-stem. The HOT WATER is candidate to replace the traditional electric boiler, thus ensuring high energy savings.

Without outdoor unit, it can be installed easily by making two holes of 160 mm in the wall, even without the intervention of a refrigerator technician. ONLY in can be installed on any external wall, at any height. The air outlet fl aps automatically adjust the outlet air direction according to the type of installation realized, by simply pressing on a button. Installation template, mounting bracket, pipes for holes and outside grilles are included in the package.

The outside grilles can be painted with the same colours of the building, and conceal the installation completely. Low energy consumptions
With remote control and control panel on the unit. “LOCK” mode is very useful: once the operating parameters have been set, this function locks the keyboard so that the parameters cannot be modifi ed.

ONLY in is always expected in “heat pump” operation, that needs a condensate drain pipe. In the event that the product is used in “cooling” function only, you can remove “heating” function from the control panel, so that the unit can be in-stalled without the condensate drain pipe.

The main feature of MULTIFLARE is the absence of weldings needed for refrigerant installation. Therefore, a Multisplit system with high capacity and up to 9 indoor units, that can be installed by flare connections: this approaches also the Installers who are less accustomed to professional nitrogen weldings.The outdoor units, the refrigerant branches, the boxes with the electronic expansion valves and the indoor units are all flare connections.The indoor units’ range is composed of models available in 6 types - wall, console, cassette, floor/ceiling and ducted - and 5 different capacities: a total of 19 products that perfectly meet the application needs of residential, high residential and light commercial environments. All these elements make MULTIFLARE DC Inverter system extremely flexible, highly efficient and silent.
MULTIFLARE system uses expansion valve boxes able to optimize the refrigerant distribution necessary to each indoor unit.

The total heat recovery units are suitable to be installed inside restaurants, bar, offi ce, gymnasium, dressing room and in all rooms where the air exchange is recommended during working hours.The unit is made of two centrifugal fans: one of them lets in clean and fi ltered air from outdoor, and the other fan ejects the dirty air from indoor. The two air fl ows go through a recovery heat exchanger, where a part of heat is recovered. Depending on the season, the indoor air warms or cools the inlet outdoor air, without coming into contact with it.

ACQUATERM is a technologically advanced and comprehensive system, able to ensure WARM and COOL with low energy costs while fully respecting the environ-ment. This is thanks to low emission of CO2 and to the use of eco-friendly R410A refrigerant.TWIN ROTARY compressor and DC Inverter control help to raise COP in the most unfavourable conditions, thus obtaining the maximum use of renewable ener-gy. ACQUATERM produces hot water at a temperature of 25° C up to max 55° C (ideal for radiant fl oor heating systems and fan coils). In summer, it can cool water from 25° C down to 7° C. ACQUATERM is specifi c only for heating and cooling. Concerning the production of domestic hot water, the HOT WATER can be ma-tched, in order to optimize capacities and operation modes.

WARM COIL
Warm in winter and cool in summer: WARM COIL ensures the highest comfort in every seasonThe main feature of WARM COIL is to be a fan coil with radiant effect, ultra silent. In standard mode, the efficient and silent DC fan with permanent magnets allows WARM COIL to warm and cool the room, in order to reach quickly the highest comfort.The fan control is entrusted to a PWM system (Pulse Width Modulation). This control eliminates vibrations and noise of a typical on/off fan, reduces the consumptions from 30 to 50%, and allows a wide range of variation of fan speed (from 10% to 100% of available speed). In radiant mode, the main fan stops while a micro DC fan – efficient, silent and with permanent magnets – transfers the heat exchanger’s heat directly to the frontal plate of WARM COIL. The WARM COIL is thus allowed to warm the room in a radiant way. This heating mode can be compared to that of classic radiators, silent and without air motion. Ideal for buildings in A Class.
DC INVERTER FAN COIL WITH RADIANT EFFECT
Very low energy consumption micro-fan, totally silent: it allows to send the warm air coming from the heat exchanger towards the inner part of the frontal panel, thus warming it efficaciously.
It supplies heating power with the main fan off.
The comfort temperature is kept with no particular air motion.
Summer operation: micro-fan is off to avoid dew forming on the frontal surface.
