Health Haven Foods (Pty) Ltd is a food company wholly owned and operating subsidiary of Health Haven (Pty) Ltd, a firm owned by Afrivestment Capital (Pty) Ltd. The Sebate’s are firm believer that health reform is an eternal investment for humanity and believes a healthy lifestyle reduces future medical expenses.

Besides running a boutique consulting firm, Mr Sebate is a man who likes nature and has passion for travelling and farming. While travelling is his passion, the comforting memory of a meal, of intimate moments shared with good friends over good environment, always draws him home.Health Haven Foods (Pty) Ltd draws its name from Health Haven (Pty) Ltd, a wellness estate operated by Mr Sebate and his wife. They have a common vision of turning every household and corporate into a health haven. Food and travelling have been seen as a vehicle to achieve this vision.

Kitchen Health Haven operates from the two wellness estates Eden Health Haven and Escape Health Haven.

Restaurant and Catering

Kitchen Health Haven offers vegetable and fruit salads signature salads, wraps, soups, and fusion and panini sandwiches or choice from a number of fresh ingredients to create client’s own fresh tossed salad and beverages. With a clear focus on providing nourishment that celebrates nature’s whole plant foods, Kitchen Health Haven is passionate about fresh produce. Kitchen Health Haven’s ethos centred on preparing, sharing and appreciating simple combinations of fresh produce. The menu includes a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, breads, cereals, whole grains, legumes, dairy products, nuts and seeds. The Kitchen Bircher Muesli with oats, apple, cranberries, almonds and natural yoghurt will perk clients up in the morning, while the Lentil and Five Bean Chilli with ChimmiChurri, Guacamole and Baked Tortilla provide sustained energy throughout the day. 

Health Haven Fusions

Health Haven Fusions are delicious, nutrient extracted beverages made with the NutriBullet. Clients simply adds their favourite fruits, vegetables and boosts (nuts, seeds, herbs) to the NutriBullet, along with some water, and extract the ingredients into smooth, tasty drink. And the best part is a Health Haven Fusions takes only seconds to prepare, seconds to clean and couldn’t be easier to take on-the- go. Along with Health Haven Fusions, the NutriBullet also makes delicious nutrient extracted soups, dressings, desserts, all-natural ice creams, dips and more. The NutriBullet also comes with a Milling Blade that can mill brown rice into brown rice flour, almonds into almond butter, wheat berries into all-natural wheat flour and so much more.

Freshly Grown is a brand owned and marketed by Health Haven Commodities which is a division of Health Haven (Pty) Ltd.

Freshly Grown focus local and international farmers who are producing organically. The company will further support farmers with organic farming practices and financially and order to have a consistent supply of organic products.

The company supplies Westfalia avocado oils, Westfalia guacamole, Eureka

The company further markets the puree from Boland and Pulp. The company mainly focus on wellness foods.

Distribution

We have seen an opportunity in the market for our principles and opened a small distribution centre in 2008. Here we do distribution with our own fleet throughout Botswana for the FMCG market. Major cities are done weekly and the country areas fortnightly. The fleet consists of 2 delivery vehicles. They vary from 1 Ton to 5 Ton capacity. All vehicles have closed bodies to protect stock from the weather and also loss.

Channel

We are listed with all the major groups in Botswana e.g. CBW (Trident/Eureka), Trans Group, Choppies Group, Shoprite, Spar, Pick and Pay. We also service the catering and convenience market. We are a preferred supplier to Engen, Shell, Caltex, Total and BP. A sales call is done to all customers in the cities once a week fortnightly in the country areas and monthly in the far north.
