• We are one of a small group worldwide, that have the Official BruxZir Mill in-house. It is optimizedto mill the BruxZir material with the highest accuracy of fit, contacts, occlusion, and esthetics.

Preparation Requirements – Chamfer prep is recommended but feather edge is acceptable..5mm occlusal reduction is acceptable but preferably reduction of 1.5mm will produce superior results.Cementation Recommendations – Resin reinforced glass ionomer, resin cements, or self-adhesive resin cements.

*Z-Prime Plus by Bisco is an excellent addition to increase bond strength to zirconia.

Cementation Recommendations – Resin reinforced glass ionomer, resin cements, or self-adhesive resin cements. Cement good retention cases. Bond poor retention cases. You must bond veneer cases. *Z-Prime Plus by Bisco is an excellent addition to increase bond strength to zirconia.
