CAthOLIC LEAdERShIP FORmAtION Anyone in a position to influence others is in a position of leadership… And Catholic school leadership – whether formal or informal - is both a privilege and responsibility. Each of us is part of a larger community working together in service to each other, in order to reach our potential as gifted to us by God.

When you have followers in whom you have basic trust and confidence, meeting their needs adds fuel to their performance, which is a win for you, for them, and for the organization you serve together.

Shepherd Leadership, Blaine mcCormick and David Davenport

As servant-leaders, we must also remember to invest in the development of our own leadership skills, knowledge and understanding of strengths and areas for growth.

CpCO provides opportunities for Catholic principals, vice-principals and aspiring teacher leaders to further their leadership development through active participation.

Session are designed to promote reflection, dialogue and practice that develop knowledge, skills and attitudes of effective leadership within Catholic school communities.
