1.2. Connection Information All the FY18 & FY19 tablets models are delivered with the following connections:

1.3. RFID connection
TEB-RFID Is an accessory that Is purchase Independently from the Tablets. RFID package Is arriving with 2 screws and you have the possibility to fix in 3 sides of the tablet as shown below. TEB-RFID card RFID card reader TEB-10DSQPL in landscape with TEB-RFID TEB-10SLB in portrait with TEB-RFID

2. Configure your tablet with TEOS
2.1. Check & Install TEOS apps and NFC reader For TEOS Manage being able to control the tablet and send content, two apps need to be Installed:
• TEOS Android Player (App to show the content)
• TEOS Control (app use to receive commands from TEOS and transcode to Android commands) To test your RFID reader, you can use the app RFID reader that you can find in this link.
2.1.1. From tablet Interface 3. Check the applications TEOS Android Player and TEOS Control are installed:
4. Check the version: click Apkinstaller and after Manage
5. Check if it is the latest version (minimum version from July 2019 2.99 for TEOS Android Player
and 1.19 for TEOS Control):

1. If this is the latest version Is not Installed, insert you USB stick with both TEOS apk and go back to
Install. Click on USB memory and the 2 apps on the USB stick should be visible. Install them by
clicking on them and follow the installation procedure.
2. Install NFC ready app as well If It Is not done
When you have Installed both apps and they are up to date, you can remove the USB stick.
2.1.2. From TEOS manage Interface From TEOS Manage version 2.0, you can verify TEOS apps version, update them or Install them (If you have at least tablet firmware from Dec 2018) To do so, go to your TEOS Manage web Interface> Site Configuration> Service Management
Updates or Install of the apps can be done manually, by scheduling one by one, or by group. If your server Is connected to Internet, you can get directly the latest version of apps from our Cloud app server. If not, you can always upload the apps that can be send to you.

2.2. Check your card with NFC Reader app 1. Open NFC reader
2. Insert your card in RFID reader, you will see the card values
Take the ID (dec) information and insert it into the user account into TEOS. For that go to Administration> Users Management. You can add a user using Active Directory or manually. Using manually, just click on "add user", fill the Information Including the ID (dec) number

3. Tablets final configuration with TEOS To finalize the Installation of the tablet we recommend adding It into TEOS and send content Into It. First, make sure that network tablet Is configured. 1) check that network port from TEOS Server to the tablet are open:
Outgoing to server •TCP -Port 80 (Web server)
•TCP -Port 443 (Web server)
•UDP –Port 123 (NTP)
•TCP –5555
The tablet needs to be able to contact TEOS Server using DNS approach, please make sure that the tablet Is able to resolve your TEOS domain name
3.1. Add a Tablet into TEOS In this section we explain how to add a tablet into TEOS and use It with the different add-ons 1. Go to TEOS manage Interface > Administration > Device management. You have different methods to add tablet: from an excel Import, from auto discovery option or adding It manually. We will add in this case manually a tablet, for that press on "add device"
a) Insert the room or tablet name b) Select "tablet" as device type c) Select Sony as device brand d) Model will be automatically field e) Insert the IP address of the device f) Select "tablet" as license type g) You can select If you want to use the device for room booking or for room control h) Add tablet into a device group (you must create before a group in site configuration) i) Press save
Note: If the tablet Is not reachable via network, or the TEOS control app Is not open or you don't have license for It, you will get a message on top of this tab. If the tablet Is connected and the configuration done, you must be able to see It Is green in both power status and behavior status

3.2. TEOS Room Booking RFID configuration First, you need to create in your site configuration a new meeting room. For that go to Site
Management and Site configuration. Click add device group and create a meeting room, selecting in group type: meeting room
When the meeting room Is created, go to Administration> Device management and link the tablet to the device group (meeting room type) you just have created.
You have now to create the room booking Interface. Go to Workplace Solutions and Room booking add-on. Click on create new, add a name and select the template you want to start with. Select also the "Interaction by" : Organizer only
Click on the (+) button on top right side to synchronize your device group (meeting room) with your Room booking interface. By default, the calendar propose is a TEOS calendar. If you want to use O365, Microsoft Exchange or Google Agenda, you need to go before to Media & Data tab and create a new external data.

Go to Administration> Device management and push on update screen button . The tablet should close and open again TEOS Android App with the Survey Interface When the tablet displays your Room booking template, you can start to test your Card. 1. To check If the tablet Is expecting an RFID card, just press on one of the buttons, It should show "Please scan your RFID tag to create a meeting"
2. Insert your RFID card, the tablet will ask you to push a button. Push the "book a meeting" button, the name link with the card ID must appear when booking
