The members of the PWB are dedicated to

serving the GBAHB. We work hard and play

harder. I believe the best is yet to com for the PWB and I’m looking forward to the new

adventures, new friendships, and all of the

fun that comes along with it.

‘Jill is a Past Professional Women in Building President and currently serves as the PWB’s Advisor. Jill is a dependable asset to our council as she guides us with wisdom and creative ideas. We are very grateful to serve beside her. Jill also serves as the GBAHB Membership Co-Chair and served on the Associates Council from 2011-2013.

Jill’s Alma Mater:War Eagle! Jill earned her Marketing Degree from Auburn University, and a MBA from UAB.

Jill just marked 10 years as a Residential Market Specialist for Alabama Power. She provides reliable electric service and promotes the benefits of energy efficiency and electric products in new homes. Jill loves her job. She says she never knows what the day will bring until the phone starts ringing. She is proud to work for a company that supports the homebuilding industry and gives her the opportunity to be involved in the Association.

Career:

Family Fun:Jill and her husband, Nathan, met at an Auburn football game in 2006. Together they still enjoy Auburn football and raising their adorable 2 year old son, Nolan; who is definitely Jill’s pride and joy.

MAY RECAP

Fast Pitch

PWB Members volunteered with Alicia Huey of AGH Homes to build Ms. Smith’s Home. PWB Member, LeArdenPike, and her husband Elliot of ELM Construction; also built a home for the BLITZ.

PWB Members volunteered painting, cleaning, and assembling cabinets for Miss Samuels’ new home.

PWB & The Remodeler’s Council presented ‘Fast Pitch’, a speed networking event. $10,000 was raised to send new leadership to national and state meetings; better equipping our members for leadership.
