My contributions as

• Director RINL- Emphasized on value added products, transit losses and logistics cost

• As Pro VC, Streamlining outsourcing activities, further improving teaching processes and research outcome, New Curriculum

• Dean Academics- Online M. Tech. admissions, Academic auditing

• Head T&P – Complete e- communication with companies and students, Improved infrastructure and better coordination with computer centre, auditorium. DTU achieved 1st position in placements in Outlook survey 2013.

Became HoD in August 2008 and Global recession started in end 2008/beginning 2009. However DTU placements are improving, every year added 30-35 more companies to the campus list.

• Head DSM- Established Delhi School of Management and successfully started two year full time MBA. Development of Course Curriculum, Ordinance, Course Delivery, Placement activities, invited lectures and students activities etc. Created a culture of discipline, self motivation and hard work.

• Head Biotechnology- Arranged about 6000 Sq Ft of space from Mechanical Engineering Department (major part unutilized) and developed into state of the art labs and research facility.
