About COMETSA Agencies

Cometsa Development Agencies are the Socio-Economic Development Arms of Cometsa Group. They are, however, independent and have their own Boards of Directors. The administration is performed on a fee basis by Cometsa Shared Services.

Each Agency produces its own set of financial reports. These financial reports are not consolidated into the Cometsa Group, since the agencies are separately registered companies (NPCs). The agencies implement and/or support their projects in the communities, and sometimes collaborate with each other.

Most of the projects are funded by independent individual and/or organization donors who identified COMETSA as a preferred implementing organization. The agencies also identify and implement community development projects on behalf of the Corporate Social Investment units of companies.
