MAB’s Journey
This business venture started in early 2015 under a well-balanced team of domain gurus and technology
gurus. There were many business solutions (ERPs) available in the market but most of them were very
expensive and difficult to use due to use of technical jargons. Our challenge was to develop such
solutions that deliver the purpose and at the same time economical and easy to use without
unnecessary technical jargons.
We launched our first product in November 2015, “MAB ERP Trading Plus” for trading businesses.
Currently its version-24 is being used in the market and new version is ready to be released, which will
bring more features and enhanced functionality to the product. We continuously update the product
based on feedback and feedforward. The same is true for our other products launched later on.

With a single click, MAB calculates the gross salary, deductions, statutory compliance and net salary for each employee and processes it instantly. Apart from calculating and disbursing salaries, payroll processing also involves calculation of all statutory dues (employee and employer contributions), generating reports in the format mandated by law and filing (submitting) these reports along with the amounts to the relevant government departments. Additionally, employees need to be informed about the salaries paid to them, tax deducted, reimbursements, etc. This is done via payslips.
