New Plast Cold SystemLombardini Srl produce profili standard e custom per
la refrigerazione industriale: profili angoli sanitari,
profilo battiscopa sanitario, basi pavimento,
bumpers, profili porta guarnizioni, profili per
pannelli, profili per telaio e porte utilizzati prin-
cipalmente nelle celle frigorifere per la conservazione
e la stagionatura degli alimenti, nei banchi frigo, nei
laboratori farmaceutici, nelle camere bianche, nelle
cliniche, negli stabilimenti termali, nelle cucine per
comunità.
I profili per la refrigerazione industriale sono realizzati
con resine termoplastiche di prima qualità in classe VØ
norma UL 94.
Lombardini Srl manufactures standard and custom
profiles for industrial cooling systems: covings profiles,
rounded plinth profiles, “U” channel profiles,
bumpers, strip-holding profiles, profiles for
panels, profiles for frames and doors mainly used
in cold stores for food storing and seasoning, chilled
cabinets, chemical labs, clean-rooms, clinics, spas,
institutional kitchens.
Profiles for industrial refrigeration are manufactured
with class V0 UL 94 standard top quality thermoplastic
resins.

Profili angoli sanitariSono dotati di un supporto in resina termoplastica o
in alluminio per consentire eventuali fissaggi strutturali
fra pareti, soffitti e pavimenti, e completi di particolari
stampati che consentono un rapido assemblaggio ed
una efficace finitura. Con la sigillatura longitudinale
nell’apposita scanalatura si raggiungono altissimi livelli
di igiene.
Provided with supports of thermoplastic resin or
aluminium to allow fixing between walls, ceiling and
floor, they are also equipped with plastic elements for
quick mounting and effective finishing.
The longitudinal sealing along the provided groove
guarantees excellent hygienic features.

This profile cannot be missing where easy environ-
mental sanitisation and respect for enforced hygienic
standards are requested beside the traditional
application as plinth profile. One-off and quick
installation is guaranteed and the profile has no
visible mounting elements. The system is equipped
with accessories to complete any kind of mounting
options (i.e. internal and external corners, mounting
supports and terminals).

pannelli coibenti nei vani porta per celle frigorifere.
In ambienti refrigerati a basse temperature è ideale il
profilo universale (R 4192) applicabile su pannelli di
diverso spessore.
Il pratico sportello d’ispezione permette di inserire e/o
sostituire in un secondo tempo la resistenza elettrica
necessaria al buon funzionamento delle aperture.
A simple and inexpensive solution to complete and
finish traditional insulating panels on door frames for
cold rooms. In case of low temperature refrigerated
areas, the universal profile (R 4192) is recommended,
also for panels with different thickness.
The useful inspection window allows inserting and/or
replacing the electrical resistance required for a correct
door opening operation.

adattarsi a tutte le misure dei pannelli. Si possono
fissare con particolari colle o meccanicamente. Il pratico
