EFFICIENT SOLUTIONS FOR PEOPLE AND ENVIRONMENT Established in 1896, is today not only the parent Teraplast SA

company of , but also the largest PVC processor in Teraplast Group

Romania. The product portfolio of the company comprises three

business lines: Installation & Design, Window profiles and Granules.

Our mission is to create sustainable solutions that create value

for us, our shareholders and our business partners. We want to become

a model of excellence in management, business and social

responsibility actions.

The values that define us are: quality, reliability and

performance, thus, our investment policy was adapted in order to

respect these values. As a result, over the past year, we have invested

over 36 million euro to relocate our production capacities in a new and

modern industrial park that has a surface of over 20 hectares in the

unincorporated area of Bistrita Municipality.

The factories located in are provided Teraplast Industrial Park

with state-of-the-art technology from well-known produces and have

their own testing laboratory accredited by RENAR. These are divided

between: - the PVC production factory (PVC pipe section, PVC profiles

section, PVC joinery profiles section, PVC granules section); - the Polyolefin factory (polyethylene manholes and reservoirs

section, PVC, PP and PE fittings section and the PP pipes section).

The ambitious investment policy, the young team of

professionals with experience in key areas and the extended distribution

network enable Teraplast to become the leader of the PVC and Granules

markets in Romania, lead to an upwards trend in the Joinery Profile line

and become one of the most important exporters in the region.

At the same time, Teraplast SA is one of the largest stiff PVC

recycler in Romania, being among the top 10 stiff PVC recyclers in

Europe, with an annual processing capacity of over 12.000 tonnes. As

of 2008, Teraplast is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the

symbol TRP.

Teraplast is the largest producer of building materials in

Romania with exports in over 25 European countries. The Group

includes the companies: Teraplast, Teraplast Hungary, TeraSteel,

TeraSteel Serbia, TeraGlass and Depaco (Wetterbest).
