11 5 10 9
3. From these four choose the two most important:
11 5
4. From these two choose the most important one:
5
Your final choice usually tells you what it is you really want from your ideal job.
Now explain below WHY you prioritised as you did and what this means for your future.
What I like to achieve from my ideal job is the ability to empower change of ideas and express views to help colleagues and the business be successful. I want to voice opinions of others when certain situations go both positive or negative in a work place and be able to provide the appropriate level of feedback in the work place where these ideas and feedback will be taken on board and accommodate the necessary changes. It is too easy to be satisfied with a job role you do however my experience in the working environment is there are issues which go unnoticed which can harm a colleagues performance and in effect the business/organisation. Having a culture in a work place for myself to be able to express ideas and views which will be taken into consideration to make the necessary changes will help keep positive and open negotiations with all level of job roles and help shift the blame culture and put in place a culture at getting things right the first time by raising concerns and views of change when in certain situation a colleague may face difficulty with a certain aspect of their job.
