The SKILLINGS Business Relocations Program aims to provide the knowledge and skills required to undertake a major role in the leadership and management of business relocation projects.
The program is participant directed and whilst it allows for the participant to work at their own pace a maximum timeframe of 12 months is allocated for completion.
The program covers the broad areas of planning, leading, organising & implementing effective strategies to successfully deliver a business relocation project.
The course will provide an understanding to the planning, scope, schedule, cost and management of a relocation project from start up to close out.
