POR QUÉ ESTE PROGRAMA• Despite being a middle income country, dominated by a large inequality

(class, gender, racial, by immigration status) • These inequalities are based on structures and power relations are

reproduced through institutions and political culture. • Such a dominant social relationship does not change spontaneously, but

has to be altered. • You need to change the culture and political practice that sees public

You have to create change in power in favor of women, the majority and minority discrimination and move towards the socio-economic and political equality.
