From its inception in 2017, the Russian Culture Festival strives to become a Russian Cultural trademark in Hong Kong. Its organizer, the Russian Club in Hong Kong, aims to showcase the rich Slavic culture to the local community.

This year, the Russian Culture Festival “Russian Autumn” will take place from September until November. Based on the success in the previous years, it is expected that over 10.000 guests will attend the festival. Together with local members of the Russian speaking community as well as prominent artists and musicians from overseas, we are proud to announce over 30 events in different cultural sections throughout the festival.

The Russian Culture Festival invites everyone to taste, feel, hear and enjoy the diverse sites of the cultural heritage of the Slavic peoples in art, fashion, music, design, food, literature and language for three months in Hong Kong. It brings communities a little bit closer and strengthens the bonds of friendship between Hong Kong and the Russian-speaking community.

The Folk Art Visual exhibition will showcase the traditional styles and techniques of Slavic finest craftsmanship, followed by "Life's What You Make It" - a contemporary art exhibition of prominent Russian & Eastern Europe artists.

Music lovers will surely enjoy a richly varied program of Slavic Music Concert with elements of poetry, dance and classical music master pieces from different Eastern European countries and Russia.

The Vokrug Theatre (from the producer of Komissarzhevskaya Academic Drama Theatre, St. Petersburg) is bringing the ̒ Light story or Big Homeless Godʼ performance, fusion of the art of circus, drama and puppet theatre.

In November the Resurrection Film Festival will come to Hong Kong for the first time showcasing the newest films and animation made in Russia. Another highlight for the whole family during the Russian Culture Festival is the "WowHow" Science show, which mixes STEM education with artistic entertainment.
