Before opening in 2014, the boutique hotel was an abandoned, historic bank building with a flooded ground floor. A two- year renovation transformed the site into what is today: A high-end luxury property whose design centers around a cocktail lounge/lobby with lustrous polished concrete floors. Level-Tech Systems of Florida was tasked with installing an underlayment and polished concrete overlayment. The materials were each mixed with a strong pump and then placed in the humid Tampa weather. The surface was finished with a gauge and porcupine roll.
