Formosa Heavy Industries Corporation was its main EPC contractor. Cebu Energy Development Corporation (CEDC) is a 246MW Clean Coal-Fired Power Plant located in Toledo City, Cebu. This CEDC Plant provides affordable energy and improves the power system reliability of the island. Similar to its twin power plant in Iloilo City, CEDC utilizes the latest boiler technology to set the beginning of a cleaner transitional technology.
