Communication Tips
• “Benefits of the project are numerous, including more accurate ordering of radiology studies to match the appropriate diagnosis, ensuring that patients will receive appropriate care and reimbursements for those studies will be approved as a result of the accuracy of these studies.”
• What methods will be used to raise awareness about the project (i.e. Physician Advisory Meetings, Super User Huddles, Workflow Walkthroughs, etc.)
• Who is responsible for the communication of the project to end users?
• Make sure you include training dates and Go Live dates
19
Training Tips
• EMR specific trainings
• Use the PAMA Mandate document (implementation website)
