A Project
A Project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique Product, Service or Result.
A ProgramA Program is a collection of related projects that are dependent on each other.
A program may have one or more projects
A PortfolioA portfolio is a collection of projects or programs managed together in order to gain a business benefit.
A portfolio will address strategic goals of the organization
Functional ManagerFunctional Manager is responsible for a specific function of an organization, such as Finance, Customer Success, Sales, or Human Resources.
Operations ManagerOperations Manager manages 'ongoing' activity of an organization.
