Will have a discussion with all the department heads of the company about their requirements of the new system

Form a team from each area to get the ideas about the

new system implementation. Finalize the requirements informed by the departments

heads . Market analyses about the system Will inform the CEO and the corporate management

about the new system requirement and the benefits to the company gain from the new system implementation .

Set up a committee covering all areas of the company to select the vendors .
