Instead of offering the Higher Apprenticeship and APMP accreditation* as a ‘bolt on’, we integrate these learning outcomes in to our undergraduate trainee programme. The scheme is fundamental to our ongoing plan to develop a dynamic project control profession, which will ensure career progression and further opportunities. Our first cohort of BSc Hons graduates achieved degree classifications that dramatically outperformed national averages and they are in the top 1% of their academic, and practitioner, generation.
