PURPOSE
“Global Extension”
The principal idea is to teach the international students that they come from different cultures and their horizons are global, no more national because they need to understand and accept differences in cultures.
Goal
The goal for this pilot program is train 200 hundred Global students
that will be able to speak four different languages, understand
four different cultures, and be prepared for new challenges.

6 - Project Quality Control
Once the program starts we will make quality control every month over 2 years. We will collect surveys from student, teachers and staff that will enable us to provide solutions next month for the matters so that the problems will not get worse.
We will gather all information in order to have at the end of the simulation of 2 years a Lesson Learned, that will provide us better quality for next constructions.
Weekly construction quality control – The expert are going to check the quality of row materials, qualification of working stuff, the construction technology if everything fit the ISO 14000 standards.

8 - Project Control
Schedule:•Team status meeting in weekly basis;•Monitoring whole the project’s resources and
how effectively it used. •Make status report for main stakeholders in biweekly basis

•Changes about scope will need the approval of both Project Manager and Sponsor (Marty) during the planning phase.•Changes about scope during the execution
will need the approval of a extra budget since they’re out of scope.•All the changes have to be presented on
monthly meeting with sponsor and stakeholders.
Performance: •Review procurement status with the procurement manager each month.•We will use the earned value for monitoring the scope and schedule performance•Monitoring the the quality of construction in weekly basis with further analisys in the status meeting;•Monitoring the psychological atmosphere in the team in monthly basis;
Cost
•Estimate cost accurately.•Each money limitation will approved by different authorized level managers.•Every over budget situation of procurement need approval by project manager and procurement manager.•When order the material, making sure to buy the proper material which meet the requirements.•Dealing with many suppliers which helps to
have many options to order the material in order to get a reasonable pricing.
Risk•Monitor the main known risks in biweekly basis and think about unknown risks.

Change to ScopeModifying the class room design to accommodate various physical restrictions, of expected students including, mobility access (wheel chairs), Hearing and vision impairment including complete blindness. We may have some students with very minimum use of their limbs.
Questions:1. How many people are coming to our university.2. What kind of injuries do they have?3. When do they plan to come?4. What classes do they plan to take?5. Can we teach them in one class?6. Can we teach them on-line?7. Who will cover the cost for the new design changes?8. How many extra time do we have for develop the scope change?9. Do they need a housing?10. 9 – Project Close-OutLesson Learned
To whom delegate tasks depending on their background and skills.
It’s easier to work in team respecting and trusting other people’s work.
The work is done faster because each team member liked developing the task assigned. We used time efficiently with no stress.
We learnt how to work with people with different skills, we tried to assign tasks to everybody in order to make them feel confortable and motivated. We complemented each other.
Working with people with different abilities and skills coming from different background is a way to learn from each other and it’s also more fun.
