Can we teach them on-line?7. Who will cover the cost for the new design changes?8. How many extra time do we have for develop the  scope change?9. Do they need a housing?10. Do they need transportation?

9 – Project Close-OutLesson Learned

To whom delegate tasks depending on their background and skills.

It’s easier to work in team respecting and trusting other people’s work.

The work is done faster because each team member liked developing the task assigned. We used time efficiently with no stress.

We learnt how to work with people with different skills, we tried to assign tasks to everybody in order to make them feel confortable and motivated. We complemented each other.

Working with people with different abilities and skills coming from different background is a way to learn from each other and it’s also more fun.
