Single Transport Area is a combination of transport systems of the countries -members which provides unobstructed movements of passengers, cargos and
vehicles, as well as their technical and process compatibility based on theharmonized transport legislation of the countries – members
Common Market of Transport Services is a form ofeconomic relations, which provide equal and parity
conditions for rendering of transport services, whosepeculiarities are defined by this Record, as well as by
international contracts within the Union

The countries – members have approved the Program forstage-by-stage liberalization of cargo transportations by motortransport performed by the carriers registered in the territory ofone of the countries – Union members between points locatedin the territory of another country – member for the period from

determined
International cargo transportations by motor transportsperformed by the carriers registered in the territory of one of
