Reflective Introduction

Images are the new writing style at this period of the time. It abbreviates lots of words in one picture. It lets the people to think widely without limiting them in a specific sentences or words. Images have a lot of benefits. First of all it saves the time for people instead of letting them to read over one or two pages. Also, it is very useful for the people who are illiterate. Many people think that the use of images and graphics are much common and useful than the use of written genre.

Power could define in many ways. Everyone could give a definition of what does the power mean? And there will be many different answers. I have tried to choose many images that include a natural phenomenon to define it as a power. The reason for selecting this topic is that all people will agree with me that the natural phenomenon could be defined as the power of nature.

In this assignment I am trying to inform my audience about the multiple kind of power of nature that happen hourly in our planet without our knowledge because some of them happen in the bottom of the ocean and some of them are very wake so we don’t feel it. However I have included images that have the best definition of power of nature and how that power could destroy our planet in a few seconds or a few minutes and how many people sacrifice to save our lives.

Page 3: Project One

The most graphic that was involving to me is the graphic that titled by “Felix Baumgartner”. This image is not related to my topic but it has a huge amount of human successful. It showed us that nothing could stop people to achieve their goals and when they do it nobody could describe how they are proud of themselves because they have done what they were try to do during their life.

The image that titled by “Snowpocalypse” was the most helpful image to me to learn about Chicago Lake and the amount of snow that they get every winter. This area in winter is not valid for human life. Everything stop in winter for examples, highways, subways, and airports.

Analyzing the image is a very helpful way to understand the concept of that image. For example, one of the greatest way to analyze the image is by asking yourself where, why, and how the photographer took that picture. Also, by asking your self what is the massage that the photographer is trying to share with us?

In this project I have learned how to analyze graphic and understand pictures. Also, I have learned that I don’t have to get the entire assignment to start working on the project. I may start and guess what the next step of the assignment will be. This project opens my mind about using some pictures in my future assignment because it saves time and more valuable than writing.
