    Wire Electrical Discharge Machining

    WEDM is a four axis machine and capable ofcontrolling all four axis simultaneously.WEDM utilizes continuously travelling wireelectrode made of thin copper , brass ortungsten.

    This wire is kept in tension using mechanicaltensioning device.During WEDM process the material is erodedahead of the wire and there is no contact b/wwork piece and wire.
