What is Project Share?

Project Share is a statewide initiative to provide quality online professional development to educators across the state with collaborative groups and courses.

• Project Share is specific to Texas and is hosted in an online platform called Epsilen.

• Among the features you will find in Project Share:– Web 2.0 tools (blogs, wikis, etc.)– Professional Development Opportunities– Collaborate with other online PLCs– TEA has partnered up with:

• New York Times Knowledge Network• PBS Digital Learning Library• Texas PBS• Texas Education on iTunesU

Why is Project Share important?

• For Teachers– Additional Professional Development

district, region, state, country, and even internationally
