Local Health Districts (LHDs)

Reviewer of all gateways and plans.

Executive SponsorProvides executive leadership and sponsorship. Must have time to dedicate to the MIDS project and provide influence where required.

Project Manager (Executive Director)Responsible for day-to-day project management and implementing the MIDS model on time and on budget.

Implementation TeamTask orientated, decision-making, implementation group to guide the strategic direction of the MIDS model. Members of this group will be effective champions for the MIDS project and will represent clinicians and management.

Stakeholders

Groups of individuals with direct or indirect interest in the MIDS including imaging staff, referrers and patients. Stakeholders are to be

informed and involved strategically.
