• Program: Comprehensive landscape restoration of abandoned sand quarry.

• Challenge: Develop a bird-watching site without disturbing nesting sites in soft sandstone wall.

• Challenge: Restoring a degraded urban stream by re-thinking traditional methods of flood control.

• Solution: Creating an Urban river park where both banks and stream bed are accessible to the visitor at different times of the year.

• Challenge: Restoring ecologically sensitive area following extensive damage and degradation as a result of gas pipe laying.

• Solution: Implementing a comprehensive pre-construction salvage program by collecting, storing and re-planting a variety of rare indigenous plants and restoration of habitats.

• Solution: Design a series of interconnected courtyards to link otherwise separate areas; use materials and elements that enable multiple uses.
