and willing to drive change in their communities in a specific issue

through the projects

Individual begin to explore their own role in the specific market/issue and

they discover ways to have impact in that and bring change


Individuals understanding the specific role opportunities that

AIESEC holds for them à involvement in project teams that realize exchanges under

these issues and drive the global learning environment

under an issue


Individuals understand theirpersonal role for taking on these

opportunities in AIESEC & they drive their own experience in the

project teams by choosing the area of interest inside the issue that AIESEC has decided to run

according to what is relevant with society


Individuals have the motivation to take on the responsibility and move forward in AIESEC & they are motivated since they get deep understanding of how

they can bring a change in the specific issue and they want to take

responsibility in order to develop the needed competencies to bring that

change

• Understanding AIESEC current reality: • Results -- exchanges per project • Culture of work structure, project teams,

roles and responsibilities, communication flows etc.

• People/ role models à you gain role models which are the people that drive the LC or people at national level

• Start exploring the issue and driving activities that will have impact in local society


• Manage issue based experiences à run exchange processes and provide learning

• Learn how to drive core work processes and deliver them à every core work process is combined with the issue of a project in order to ensure IB experiences

• Take ownership over AIESEC experience and the whole organization à take ownership on issue too and drive results in AIESEC through empowering the AIESEC EXPERIENCE.

Now you have developed all the need competencies, you have the knowledge of the issues and by packaging all these you are ready drive change in your local/ national/global society in a specific issue


• Strengthening their networks with the people they have encountered in AIESEC in order to create common action plan to drive change to society

Example:• learning networks • network of entrepreneurs • starting up companies and NGOs • accountability groups to help each other

follow their vision • all these under the issue of interest
