Contracts & DepositsContracts for proms must be agreed and signed for by ateacher at the school or college and a teacher presence isrequired at the event, 1 per 30 students. A deposit of £250is required to secure a booking the balance is due 4 weeksprior.
SafetyTwo SIA door staff are included within your package price,a teacher presence is also required. e venue will checkbags on arrival and where 18s and over are in attendancewrist bands will be provided and ID will be checked onarrival, otherwise a no alcohol policy exists.
TimingsYour event space is available from 7.30pm to midnight forunder 18s, and until 1am for over 18s.
