Promotion Coordinator This position will be responsible for downloading and coordinating promotion feeds from Network and syndicator partners in addition to preparing dub and purge list for promotion inventory. Responsibilities include strategic scheduling of promotion spots on KTTV KCOP promotion logs using Wide Orbit system. Duties require ordering and organizing network and syndicated promotion feeds for tagging. The position will also assist with other administrative duties and department assignments as needed. Additionally, the position will handle promo inventory reports for THVO on a regular basis. Individual must be highly organized and a strong communicator. College graduate preferred. Must be familiar with FOX 11 and KCOP programming. Advanced computer and social media skills a must. Familiarity with Wide Orbit Traffic system helpful.
