2. IMPACT EVALUATION appraisal of the importance/ need for the implementation of the project; promoting of cultural diversity; inclusion of minorities, indicators
3. CONTENT EVALUATION artistic value/importance of the project; complexity & variety of the activities
4. NETWORK ANALYSIS institutional analysis of the applicant & partner(s); project management model; the quality and sustainability of the partnership

Allocation for re-granting (*after increase of the budget): 10,9 mln EUR vs. Total requested grant amount: 72,8 mln EUR
