Eligibility

• Eligible products include eligible Client, Cloud Client

Computing, ISG, and Dell Security (DSS) products for

NSPs only

• Non-NSP Titanium partners can earn on eligible Client

and DSS sales.

• There is a maximum cap per end user, and per

account executive, unless otherwise specified

• Eligible products must be procured from Dell EMC or

an authorized distributor and ship within Dell EMC’s

fiscal quarter

• Partners in the Sell and Earn Program are not eligible

for the Dell EMC Partner Advantage incentive program

• Sell and Earn Program is valid 2/4/17 – 4/28/17

• Partners must be in good standing with the Dell EMC

Partner Program (at least 30 days) prior to the start of

the program

• Partners accept the terms and conditions listed on the

Rebate & MDF Tool, under “Enrollments” tab

Process:

1. Once terms and conditions have been accepted,

eligible partners will receive monthly reports, generated

by Dell EMC, that details the incentive payment down

to the end user customer name.

2. Partners will receive a payment for Dell EMC Sell and

Earn incentives monthly after reporting is completed.

3. Once a partner receives the Dell EMC Sell and Earn

incentive payment, they must pay out their sales
