Certificate of Manufacture: This is to certify that the above parts and or assembly were manufactured, inspected and accepted in accordance with BVM Quality procedures, Specifications, A.P.I Q1I8C, 7K and Customer requirements. This certification is valid for a period of 6 years, as per the recommendations provided by the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors, or until the unit has been damaged the unit has been damaged either as a result of operation, transportation, or handling.
