Prop Reason why/InspirationAcoustic guitar/Electric guitar.

This prop will give the person in the main image more of the indie musician character. This was also seen in my Kerrang! When conducting the necessary secondary research.

1. Black skinny jeans. I believe that this will give the modern rock style look. As rock is mainly referred with the dark colors.

Top. I will also need this top to be black as it is what many readers would stereotypically associate with the ‘rocker’ profile.

Messy hair. I will need the person who I taken a photo of to have messy hair. I will need this because stereotypical ‘rockers’ are not dressed smartly, and mainly show no care. They usually show this through their hair. Also a lot of artists and bands in my magazine of inspiration all had messy hair.

Skating Branded Clothing. I will need the person to be wearing skate clothing as it is associated with indie rock and fits the stereotype. Also I have seen bands and artists wear this clothing in my magazine of inspiration.
