Our Criteria• £100,000 - £2m (slightly larger schemes can be

considered)

• Mainly residential development loans. New builds, refurbishments and conversions

• As far north as the Midlands

• As far southwest as Devon (including South Wales)

• Up to 50% of GDV

• Experienced clients or JV option

• 100% of build costs plus up to 50% of the purchase price
