Geology

The claims lie within the sedimentary - volcanic celt of precambrian age tnat extends in a 2sE direction fron tne S-.^yze greenstone belt.

Tne volcanics (predominately mafic) and sediment? are steeply dipping and trend at li 70 degrees VJ. Northwest trending diabase dykes cut the lormation. '.Vithin the property, tne northern hall including tne snowingr is underlain by thick massive basaltic flows with minor intercolated

ryholite. To the south there is a band of sediments consisting mainly of congolomerates.The Jerome Uold Mine a former producer 56,3?# ounces of gold and 15 ounces of silver from 19^1-43 is situated approximately lOKm to the

southeast of the Burton Property boundary.

Mineralization

In the shaft area on patented claim S-3III6 dextral slip dip movement

along a major V/WN trending shear has resulted in the formation of an open Z fold structure with a moderately shallow plunge (35 degrees). The north nose of the fold has been exposed and is described as a gossanous zone containing rubbly limonitic materiel v:ith local zones of silicification with arsenopyrite and pyrite.Channel sampling has returned values up to 11.53 g/t gold across

? leet in the nose area.

The diamond drilling undertaken on patent claim No. S-33316

Esther Twp. Porcupine Mining Division, Ontfi-rio was to test the v/idth end gold values in a drag folded v;est plunging gold mineralised zone, within a basalt structure, and to

ascertain the dip direction of this zone.Also to test for any parallel gold ainerc-lized zones within this structure.

RESULTS :In drill hole A-I-9I a gold mineralized zone of five feet (5 1 ) from eighteen feet (IS 1 ) to twenty-three feet (23* ) was intersected assaying 0.151 Oz. gold per ton..

In drill hole B-2-9I a gold mineralized zone of seven feet eleven inches (7*11" J from twenty-six feet eleven.' inches (26'JI11 ) to thirty- f our feet six inches (34*6") was inter sected assaying 0.291 Oz. gold per ton. No parallel gold mineralized zones were intersected in either of these two drill holes.

In drill hole C-3-91 a south dipping gold mineralized zone of nine feet three inches (9*3") from twenty- five feet (25*) to thirty- f our feet three inches (34*3") "'-as intersected assaying 0.165 Oz. gold per ton.

Drill holes D-4-9I and E-5-91 both failed to intersect any gold mineralized zones.See attached pages to drill hole logs for further information on drill holes.

CuiJCLUSlOHS:

Fro.M the five hundred and sixteen feet (5I6 1 ) of diamond drilling completed on patent claim S-2I1I6 3sther Township l-'orcupiue I-iininr Division, Ontario, and the results obtained the drag folded gold mineralized zone plunging west in the basalt structure is also dipping south.

RECG^L^DATIONS :To further investigate and develop the potential on this property^further diamond drilling should be cond ucted V/est from the I^o. C-3-9I diamond drill hole on fifty foot (50*) centres and proceed "Jest along the

Southern edge of the basalt structure. Diamond drill holes should be directed North at -450 and -600 degree angles to intersect the south dipping gold mineralized zone within this basalt structure.

To test within the basaltic structure for the width and dip of the gold mineralized zone intersected in drill holes A-I-9I and B-2-91.

A south dipping gold mineralized zone of nine feet three inches (9 l 3 n ) was intersected assaying 0.185 Oz. gold per ton. (See drill hole log).
