International Experience
Members do not only have the opportunity to manage and facilitate the International
Exchange program, but they also are encouraged to apply to leadership positions in
our entity, where they have the chance to lead a number of members to deliver
certain results and that allows them to practice leadership, and that’s one of our ELD
programs, experimental leadership development program. Another key international
experience for AIESEC members is the attendance of conferences around the world,
where they are introduced to an international plenary, and get to attend a number of
personal and professional development sessions.
A Connection to the World
AIESEC members interact with companies, NGO’s, universities, students and
interns. This allows members to be some of the most connected, open minded young
students in Egyptian universities.
