Need for alternative employment/diversification

Poor Accessibility to information and services Poor Transportation - high cost of living

High Cost of Service delivery at risk because of financial restrictions

Task
To maximise the engagement of people over 50 in rural areas
ProcessIdentify 60 potential participants and install High Speed Broadband
Establishment of 2 Project Groups ( Ewyas Harold and Kington )
Establishment of 2 Control Groups ( Pan Area )
Regular and Agreed Programme of Meeting with Ongoing Evaluation
