Biotechnology clusters is a grossly underutilized prime real estate asset that has the potential to become the

best piece of real estate in Africa, with the right mix of investor and real estate development expertise.

We propose a Public Private Partnership (PPP) structure to realize these potentials. Our financing structure is

flexible and innovative to take account of the changing requirements of the project development lifecycle.

We commit to acquiring minimum of 20,000 hectares of land at each geo political zone and developing a world

class biotechnology cluster facility at 6 states of the federation. A number of possible sites have been

identified.

Biotechnology Development Agency and related agencies in Nigeria is indicative of biotechnology being accorded high policy

status in national development.

There are many industrial clusters in Nigeria but none is bone out of life science, the majority of biotech industries are

pharmaceutical industries, agriculture and health and are mostly foreign companies with sales outlets in Nigeria. DANIFOL
