“COMPLIANCE REPORT”

Compliance of environmental clearance conditions as mentioned in the Environmental clearance letter issued vide letter number SEIAA, HR/2013/611 Dated: 04-09-2013 attached as Annexure-I.

PART – A SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

A. Construction Phase 1 “Consent To Establish” shall be obtained

from Haryana State Pollution Control Board under air and water act and a copy shall be submitted to the SEIAA, Haryana before the start of any construction work at site.

The copy of Consent To Establish (CTE) has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014 vide consent no: HSPCB/Consent/: 2821213GUNOCTE131736 Dated: 09/10/2013

2 A first aid room will be provided in the project both during construction and operation of the project.

First aid facility has been provided at the site along with the 24 Hours ambulance facility. The photographs showing the medical facilities at site are attached as Annexure-II.

3 Adequate drinking water and sanitary facilities should be provided for construction workers at the site. Provision should be made for mobile toilets. Open defecation is strictly prohibited. The safe disposal of waste water and solid wastes generated during the construction phase should be ensured.

Labour camp is provided at the distance of about 200 meter from the project site. All the rooms are pukka houses with sanitary and drinking water facilities. Drinking water & Mobile toilets at the site is provided for labourers. Photograph showing the drinking water facility at construction site for workers is attached as Annexure-III.

4 All the topsoil excavated during construction activities should be stored for use in horticulture/landscape development within the project site.

Top soil excavated till date is stored at the site in heaps which will be used in horticulture/landscaping. Photographs showing the same are attached as Annexure-IV.

5 The project proponent shall ensure that the building material required during construction phase is properly stored within the project area and disposal of construction waste should not create any adverse effect in the neighboring communities and should be disposed of after taking necessary precautions for general health and safety aspects of people, only in approved sites with the approval of competent Authority

There are separate spaces allotted for storage of various building materials used for construction. However scrap generated such as iron bars at the site is stored in scrap box. The scrap shall be reused at the site wherever possible the remaining shall be sold to scrap dealers. Photographs of scrap box and construction material storage areas are attached as Annexure-V

6 Construction spoils, including bituminous material and other hazardous materials, must not be allowed to contaminate watercourses

The construction spoils are reused as much as possible. The used oil from the D.G. sets shall be stored

and the dump sites for such materials must be secured so that they should not leach into the ground water and any Hazardous waste generated during the construction phase, should be disposed as per applicable rules and norms with necessary approval of the Haryana State Pollution Control Board

in shaded places along with Mobil oil and HSD. Please refer to Annexure-VI for photographs of stored Mobil oil at the construction site. Hazardous waste when generated in significant quantities shall be disposed of through authorized recyclers after taking necessary approvals from HSPCB.

7 The diesel generator set to be used during construction phase should be of ultra-low sulphur diesel type and should conform to Environment (Protection) Rules prescribed for air and noise emissions standards.

High speed diesel is used for running the Generator sets. D.G. sets are acoustically enclosed. Please refer to Annexure-VII (a) for photographs of D.G. sets in acoustic enclosure. Bills of low Sulphur diesel are attached as Annexure-VII (b).

8 The Diesel required for operating DG set shall be stored in underground tanks and if required, clearance from chief controller of Explosive shall be taken.

As the project is in construction phase the Diesel is stored in barrels. Quantity of diesel stored does not exceed 1000 liters at a time hence there is no requirement of permission from chief controller of explosives. However in the operational phase if there is a need to construct underground tanks for storage of diesel prior permission from chief controller of explosives shall be taken.

9 Ambient noise level should conform to residential standards both during day and night. Incremental pollution loads on the ambient air and noise quality should be closely monitored during construction phase. Adequate measures should be taken to reduce ambient air and noise level during construction phase, so as to conform to the stipulated standards.

Ambient Air and Ambient noise monitoring was conducted at the project site. The results were found to be within CPCB prescribed limits. Please refer to Annexure-VIII for Ambient Air and Ambient Noise monitoring results. Measures taken to reduce Ambient Noise pollution - Acoustic Enclosures for D.G. sets Measures taken to reduce Ambient Air pollution – Regular water sprinkling by tankers at the site.

10 Fly ash should be used as building material in the construction as per the provision of Fly Ash Notification of September, 1999 and amended as on 27th August, 2003.

Fly ash has been purchased is being used as building material. Please refer to Annexure-IX (a) for photographs of fly ash bricks. Invoice against Ashtech Industries Pvt. Ltd. for the purchase of fly ash & its technical batch data reports are attached as Annexure-IX (b).

11. Storm water control and its reuse as per CGWB and BIS standards for various applications should be ensured

Storm water line is attached to Rain water harvesting pits. The storm water shall be used to recharge the ground water. Approved Site Plan (Services) has been submitted in the previous compliance report

of June 2014. 12. Water demand during construction should be

reduced by use of pre-mixed concrete, curing agents and other best practices referred.

The concrete used at the site are pre-mixed. Mixers at the site are used to pre-mix the concrete before use. Please refer to Annexure-X for pre-mixer photograph at the construction site.

13 In view of the several constraints in water supply augmentation in the region and sustainability of water resources, the developer will submit the NOC from CGWA specifying water extraction quantities and assurance from HUDA/ utility provider indicating source of water supply and quantity of water with details of intended use of water – potable and non-potable. Assurance is required for both construction and operation stages separately. It shall be submitted to the SEIAA and RO, MoEF Chandigarh, before the start of construction

Source of water to be used for construction purpose have been revealed to HUDA and an affidavit have been submitted to HUDA stating that ground water will not be used for construction purpose. A No Objection Certificate for carrying out construction activity at the site, from ‘Office of the Administrator’, HUDA, Gurgaon have been awarded vide memo No. 17223 Dated: 03-10-2012 The copy of the same has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014. Water for construction purposes is purchased from HUDA. Bills for the same are attached as Annexure-XI.

14. Roof should meet prescriptive requirements as per Energy Conservation Building Code by using appropriate thermal insulation material

U values for, Roof Pitched: 1.70 W/m2oC Roof Flat: 3.35 W/m2oC

15. Opaque wall should meet prescriptive requirements as per Energy Conservation Building Code which is proposed to be mandatory for all conditioned spaces while it is desirable for non-air- conditioned spaces by use of appropriate thermal insulation material to fulfill requirement

16. The approval of the competent authority shall be obtained for structural safety of the building due to earthquake, adequacy of firefighting equipments, etc. as per National Building Code including protection measures from lightening etc. If any Forest Conservation Act shall be taken from Competent Authority.

The design conforms to IS codes. Certificates from structural safety engineer and architect of the building in this regard has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014. Project is under construction phase. Adequacy of firefighting equipment shall be ensured in operational phase of project. A forest NOC has been obtained vide letter number: 226, Dated: 24/02/2012. All the conditions mentioned in the NOC shall be strictly complied with. The copy of the same has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

17. Overexploited ground water and impending severe shortage of water supply in the region requires the developer to redraw the water and energy conservation plan. Developer shall reduce the overall footprint of the proposed development. Project proponent shall incorporate water efficiency/ savings measures as well as water reuse/ recycling within 3 month and before start of construction to the SEIAA, Haryana and RO, MoEF, GOI, Chandigarh

The project will not use ground water for construction purposes. An affidavit in this regards has been submitted along with the EIA report. HUDA has given an assurance to supply water to the project for use of domestic purposes. The project shall ensure to incorporate energy saving measures and install water saving fixtures & measures in the operational phase of project. For water recycling Sewage Treatment Plant has been proposed and is marked in Approved Site Plan (Services). The same has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

18. The project proponent as stated in the proposal shall construct 22 rain water harvesting pits for recharging the ground water within the project premises. RWH pits shall be designed to make provisions for silting chamber and removal of floating matter before entering harvesting pit. Maintenance budget and persons responsible for Maintenance must be provided. Care shall also be taken that contaminated water do not enter any RWH pit.

Rain Water harvesting pits are proposed with De-silting Chamber. Storm water line is kept separate from sewer line. Location of rain water harvesting pits is shown in Approved Site plan (services). The same has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014. Maintenance budget shall be formulated in the operational phase of the project.

19. The project proponent shall provide for adequate fire safety measure and equipments as required by Haryana Fire Service Act, 2009 and instructions issued by the local Authority Directorate of fire from time to time. Further the project proponent shall take necessary permission regarding fire safety scheme/NOC form competent Authority as required.

An external fire hydrant line is shown in site Plan (Services) and the copy of the same has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014. Fire scheme for the project has been examined by a team of fire officers, Gurgaon and was found in accordance with NBC 2005 guidelines. The Firefighting scheme has been approved by Commissioner, Municipal Corporation vide letter No. FS/MCG/2013/200 and the copy of the same have been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

20 The project proponent shall obtain assurance from the DHBVN for supply of 9302 KVA of power supply before the start of construction. In no case project will be operational solely on generators without any power supply from any external power utility.

The assurance letter has been awarded from DHBVN as memo no. ch. 5/SE/C/SOL-113 dated 31-03-2015. A copy of assurance letter from the DHBVN for supply of power is attached as Annexure – XII.

21 Detail calculation of power load and ultimate

power load of the project shall be submitted to DHBVN under intimation to SEIAA Haryana before the start of construction. Provisions shall be made for electrical infrastructure in the project area.

Detail calculation has been submitted to DHBVN.

22 The project proponent shall not raise any construction in the natural land depression/Nallah/ water course and shall ensure that the natural follow from the Nallah/water course is not obstructed.

No Nallah/water course exists at the 500 meter of surrounding from the site and hence none is obstructed.

23 The project proponent shall keep the plinth level of the building blocks sufficiently above the level of the approach road to the project as per prescribed by laws. Levels of the other areas in the projects shall also be kept suitably so as to avoid flooding.

The level of plinth has been kept in accordance within the prescribed norms. All the building plans are approved by Town & Country Planning Department vide Memo No. ZP-802/JD(BS)/2012/17360 dated: 5/9/2012 The copy of the same has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

24 Construction shall be carried out so that density of population does not exceed norms approved by Director General Town and Country Department Haryana.

Density for normal Group housing colonies= 300 PPA Density achieved by the project = 299.024 PPA

25 The project proponent shall submit an affidavit with the declaration that ground water will not be used for construction and only treated water should be used for construction

An Affidavit was submitted to SEIAA along with the EIA report stating that ground water shall not be used for construction purposes. Water from STP is being used for construction purposes. Photographs showing STP water tanker for construction purpose is attached as Annexure XIII.

26 The project proponent shall not cut any existing tree and project landscaping plan should be modified to include those trees in green area.

No trees shall be cut on the site.

27 The project proponent shall provide helipad facility as required under NBC Norms and shall seek permission of helipad from AAI accordingly.

Noted

28 The project proponent shall ensure that ECBC norms for composite climate zone are met. In particular building envelope, HVAC service, water heating, pumping lighting and electrical infrastructure must meet ECBC norms.

The building envelope is designed as per composite climate zone. The building shall meet ECBC Norms.

29 The project proponent shall provide 3 meter high barricade around the project area, dust screen for every floor above the ground,

The project proponent has already provided 3 meter high barricade around the project area to restrict dust and air control.

proper sprinkling and covering of stored material to restrict dust and air pollution during construction.

30 The project proponent shall construct a sedimentation basin in the lower level of the project site to trap pollutant and other wastes during rains.

This shall be ensured during construction of structures. But proponent already is being taken care of dust suppression at construction site and taking proper action to prevent the contamination of water.

31 The project proponent shall provide proper Rasta of proper width and proper strength for each project before the start of construction.

A temporary way is provided at the site for smooth movement of vehicles.

32 The project proponent shall provide all the safety measures for the workers during construction of high rise building.

Safety nets are provided at the under construction buildings to provide safety to laborers. Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs) are provided to laborers. Photographs’ showing the same is attached as Annexure XIV.

33 The project proponent shall ensure that U- value of the glass is less than 3.177 and maximum solar heat gain co-efficient is 0.25 for vertical fenestration.

U values of the glass to be used shall not exceed 2.57 W/m2oC. And SHGC for vertical fenestration shall not exceed 0.25

34 The project proponent shall ensure structural integrity of high rise building during any seismic activity.

Structural Engineer of the building has certified that building structure is stable and has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

35 The project proponent shall adequately control construction dusts like silica dust, non-silica dust, wood dust, Such dust shall not spread outside project premises. Project proponent shall provide respiratory protective equipment to all construction workers.

Nose mask is provided to the workers at suitable locations where there is a risk of inhalation of silica dust, nonsilica dust & wood dust. Safety equipment’s provided to workers are displayed in hoardings at the site to create awareness. Please refer to Annexure-XIV for the photographs. To prevent spread of dust outside the premises regular water sprinkling at the site shall be ensured.

36 The project proponent shall ensure that the plinth level of the building block to be 1.5 meter above 100years flood level of the said Najafgarh Jheel.

Plinth level of the buildings shall be maintained so that there is no adverse effect to the building due to floods.

37 The project proponent shall obtain NOC from HUDA as well as irrigation Department before the start of construction, regarding possible adverse effect of project proposal on the said Najafgarh Jheel.

A No Objection Certificate regarding possible adverse effect of project proposal on the said Najafgarh Jheel from HUDA, Gurgaon have been awarded as vide Letter No. 74/1W Dated: 17-03-2015 Approved copy of this letter is attached as Annexure-XV.

38 The project proponent shall develop complete civic infrastructure of the group housing colony including internal roads, green belt development, sewerage line, Rain Water recharge arrangements, storm water drainage system, solid waste management site and provision for composting of Bio-degradable waste , STP, water supply line, dual plumbing line electric supply lines etc. and shall offer possession of the units/ Flats thereafter.

Noted,the possession of units/flats shall be given only after completion of construction.

39 The project proponent shall provide one refuse area till 24 meter, one till 39 meter and one after every 15meter as per National building code.

Fire Doors and Fire Staircases are provided on each floor. Refuse area is provided on each floor next to fire doors. Approved typical floor plan has been already submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

40 The project proponent shall provide fire control room and fire officer for building above 30 meter as per National Building Code.

Fire control room and fire officer for building above 30 meter as per National Building Code shall provide in the operational phase of the project.

41 The project Proponent shall obtain permission of mines and geology Department for excavation of soil before the start of construction.

A permit from department of mines and geology has been taken for excavation of soil. Permit No. 1272, Dated: 15.03.2013 A copy of the permit has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

42 The project proponent shall provide sound barrier to control noise pollution due to the existence of railway track near the project area and shall submit revised plan before the start of construction.

A railway track exists towards South-East side of the project site. An 18 meter wide thick green belt is planned adjacent to the railway track which will act as a noise barrier. The project in its operation phase will have a row of trees around the project boundary which will further attenuate the noise.

43

The project proponent shall submit revised layout plan replacing area earmarked for water bodies in the central part of project area with the green belt before the start of construction.

A landscape plan giving details of hardscape & soft cape area, species and number of trees, shrubs, ground covers and turf has been submitted in the previous compliance report in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

44 The project proponent shall keep the 24 meter road level, internal road level, landscape level and ground floor level of the tower up to the level of existing railway track. Provision of infrastructure facilities by the project proponent shall proponent.

This condition will be followed strictly.

The project proponent shall seek specific prior approval from concerned local Authority/HUDA regarding provision of storm drainage and sewerage system including their integration with external services of HUDA / Local authorities beside other required services before taking up any construction activity.

External Development Cost (EDC) payments are being made regularly. The service plans/Estimates have been approved by Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana vide Memo No. LC-2556-JE(VA)/2015 dated: 19/1/2015 A copy of same is attached as Annexure-XVI.

46 The site for solid waste management plant is earmarked on the layout plan and the detailed project for setting up the solid waste management plant shall be submitted to the authority within one month.

A solid waste storage area at a confined location shall be provided in the operational phase of the project.

B. Operation Phase a. “Consent to Operate” shall be obtained from

Haryana State Pollution Control Board under Air and Water Act and a copy shall be submitted to the SEIAA, Haryana.

The project is in construction phase. Consent to Operate shall be obtained once the construction is completed.

b. The Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) shall be installed for the treatment of the sewage to prescribed including odor and treatment effluent shall be recycled. The installation of STP should be certified by an independent expert and a report in this regard should be submitted to the SEIAA, Haryana before the project is commissioned for operation. Tertiary treatment of waste water is mandatory. Discharge of treated sewage shall conform to the norms and standards of HSPCB, Panchkula project proponent shall implement such STP Technology which does not required filter backwash.

An STP will be provided in the basement towards north-eastern corner of Parcel-A. Sequential Batch Reactor is proposed to treat the sewage. Since the technology does not use any filter membrane hence filter backwash shall not be required. Once the STP is installed and ready to commission, adequacy of STP shall be carried out by and independent expert.

c. Separation of the grey and black water should be done by use of dual plumbing line. Treatment of 100% grey water by decentralized treatment should be done ensuring that the re-circulate water should have BOD level less than 10mg/ liter. And the recycled water will be used for flushing, gardening and DG set cooling etc. to achieve zero exit discharge.

Separate lines will be provided for flushing, domestic, storm water & gardening. Flushing and garden hydrant line will take treated water from STP and recycle it for flushing and gardening purposes.

The Sewage Treatment Plant will use Sequential Batch Reactor as a technology for treatment of sewage. A Process and Instrumentation Diagram of STP already submitted with EIA report.

d. For disinfection the treated wastewater ultra-violet radiation of ozonization process should be used.

UV radiation system will be adopted to disinfect waste water. This shall be incorporated in the tertiary treatment of waste water by STP.

e. The Solid Waste generated should be properly collected and segregated. Bio-degradable waste shall be decomposed at site and dry/ insert solid waste should be disposed off to approved sites for land filling after recovering recyclable material.

Solid waste generated will be properly Segregated at the site and collected and disposed of as per the amended Municipal Solid Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2000.

f. Diesel power generating sets proposed as source of back power for lifts, common area illumination and for domestic use should be of enclosed type and conform to rules made under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. The location of the DG sets should be in the basement as promised by the project proponent with appropriate stack heights as per the CPCB norms. The diesel used for the DG sets should be of low sulphur contents (maximum 0.25%)

D.G. sets are proposed in the basement. Approved basement plans showing location of D.G. Sets has been already submitted in previous compliance report of June 2014. Please refer to Annexure-VII (a) for Bills for use of ultralow sulphur diesel.

g. Ambient Noise level should be controlled to ensure that the does not exceed the prescribed standards both within and at the boundary of the Proposed Residential Complex.

Plantation is proposed at the boundary & within site premises to reduce noise. Acoustically enclosed D.G. sets will be provided in basement to reduce ambient noise levels. Ambient noise levels being monitored at every 6 months at the site and remain continue in the operation phase as well. The recent Ambient Noise results are below prescribed limits of CPCB. Please refer to Annexure-VIII for lab reports of Ambient Noise levels at the construction site.

h. The project proponent as stated in the proposal should maintain at least 30% as green cover area for tree plantation especially all around the periphery of the project and on the road sides preferably with local species which can provided protection against noise and suspended particulates matter, the open spaces inside the project should be preferably landscaped and covered with Vegetation/grass, herbs & shrubs. Only locally available plant species shall be used.

A green belt will be developed along the boundary of the premises. Trees selected will be of local species and with dense canopy cover; it will act as sink for air pollutants. Open space inside the premises will be covered with shrubs and grasses.

i. The project proponent shall strive to minimize water in irrigation of landscape minimizing grass area, using native variety, xeriscaping and mulching, utilizing efficient irrigation system, scheduling irrigation only after checking evapo transpiration data.

Efficient methods of irrigation shall be used in operational phase of the project.

j. Rain water harvesting for roof run-off and surface run-off, as per plan submitted should be implemented. Before recharging the

The bore well for rainwater recharging shall be kept at least 5 mts, above the highest ground water table. Care shall be taken that contaminated water do not enter any RWH pit. The project proponent shall avoid Rain water harvesting of first 10 minutes of rain fall. Roof top of the building shall be without any toxic material or which can contaminate rain water. Wire mess and filters should be used wherever required.

m A report on the energy conservation measure conforming to energy conversation norms finalized by Bureau of Energy Efficiency should be prepared incorporating details about building materials & Technology, R & U factors etc and submitted to the SEIAA, Haryana in three months’ time.

A detailed energy survey shall be carried out and a report shall be submitted once the project comes in to operational phase. Please refer to point 14 above for U values of various materials used in roof and wall. The project has been awarded pre-certification for Indian Green Building Council Green Homes Silver Rating. A copy of the certificate has been submitted in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

n Energy conversation measure like installation of LED for lighting the areas outside the building should be integral part of the project design and should be in place before project commission. Use of solar panels must be adapted to the maximum energy conservation

It is proposed that for energy conservation CFLs/TFLs shall be used for the lighting of areas outside the apartments. This will be installed before commissioning of the project. Used/damaged CFLs/TFLs will be disposed as per relevant waste management rules.

o The project proponent shall use zero ozone depleting potential material in insulation, refrigeration, air- conditioning and adhesive; project proponent shall also provide Halon free fire suppression system

This condition will be followed strictly.

p The solid waste generated should be properly collected and segregated as per the requirement of the MSW Rules, 2000 and as amended from time to time. The bio-

MSW Rules, 2000 & amendments shall be followed. Vermicomposting options shall be explored for composting of biodegradable waste.

degradable waste should be treated by appropriate technology at the site ear-marked with in the project area and dry/insert solid waste should be disposed off to the approved sites for land filling after recovering recyclable material.

q The provision of the solar water heating system shall be as per norms specified by HAREDA and shall be made operational in each building block.

t Operation and maintenance of STP, Solid waste management and electrical infrastructure, pollution control measure shall be ensured even after the completion of sale.

Resident Welfare Association shall take care of Operation and maintenance of STP, Solid waste management and electrical infrastructure, pollution control measure in its operational phase.

u Different type of wastes should be disposed off as per provisions of municipal solid waste, biomedical waste, hazardous waste, e-waste, batteries & plastic rules made under Environmental Protection Act, 1986, Particularly E-waste and battery waste shall be disposed of as per existing E-waste Management Rules 2011 and Batteries Management Rules 2001, The project proponent should maintain a collection centre for E-waste and it should be disposed of to only registered and authorized dismantler / recycler.

As it is a group housing project, so, very low amount of E waste and bio medical waste will be generated. But all the generated waste shall be properly segregate, store & manage as per relevant Municipal solid waste, Battery waste, Bio-medical waste management, E-waste management rules and shall properly dispose of to only registered and authorized dismantler/recycler.

v Standards for discharge of environmental pollutants as enshrined in various schedules of rules 3 of Environmental Protection Rules

All standards of discharge of pollutants shall be strictly complied with.

1986 shall be strictly complied with. w Water supply shall be metered among

different users of utilities. Water meter will be provided in every residential unit and different utilities.

x The project proponent shall ensure that the stack height of DG sets is as per the CPCB guide lines and also ensure that the emission standards of noise and air are within the CPCB prescribed limits. Noise and Emission level of DG sets greater than 800KVA shall be as per CPCB latest standards for high capacity DG Sets.

Stack height shall be provided as per CPCB guidelines. Stack emissions are monitored every 6 months. Please refer to Annexure-VIII for stack emission results of the D.G. sets installed at the site.

y All electric supply exceeding 100amp, 3 phases shall maintain the power factor between 0.98 lag to 1 at the point of connection.

Noted, the power factor shall be managed in advance stage of construction.

z The project proponent shall use only treated water instead of fresh water for DG cooling. The project proponent shall also use evaporative cooling technology and double stage cooling system for HVAC in order to reduce water consumption. Further temperature, relative humidity during summer and winter seasons should be kept at optional level, Variable speed drive, best Co-efficient of Performance, as well as optimal integrated point load value and minimum outside fresh air supply may be resorted for conservation of power and water . Coil type cooling DG Sets shall be used for saving cooling water consumption for water cooled DG Sets.

As the D.G. sets will be water cooled and only treated water will used for cooling D.G. D.G. sets shall be installed with the best technologies available in the market. Other suggestions are noted and shall be adhered to in the operational phase of the project.

aa The project proponent shall ensure that the transformer is constructed with high quality grain oriented, low- loss silicon steel and virgin electrolyte grade copper. The project proponent shall obtain manufacture’s certificate also for that.

This condition will be considered in operation phase of the project.

ab The project proponent shall ensure that exit velocity from stack should be sufficiently high. Stack shall be designed in such a way that there is no stack down –water under any meteorological conditions.

This condition will be strictly implemented. The height of the stack will be maintained as per CPCB norms.

ac The project proponent shall provide water sprinkling system in the project area to suppress the dust in addition to the already suggested mitigation measures in the Air Environment chapter of EMP.

If required water sprinkling shall be done in the operational phase of the project to control dust.

PART- B GENRAL CONDITIONS

(i) The project proponent shall ensure the commitments made in Form-1, Form-1A, EIA/EMP and other documents submitted to the SEIAA for the protection of environment and proposed environmental safeguards are complied with in letter and spirit. In case of contradiction between two or more documents on any point, the most environmentally friendly commitment on the point shall be taken as commitment by project proponent.

All the commitments made in the Form-1, Form-1A, EIA/EMP and other documents submitted to the SEIAA will be compiled strictly during the construction as well as the operation phase.

(ii) Six monthly compliance reports should be submitted to the HSPCB and regional office, MoEF, GOI, Northern Region, Chandigarh and a copy to the SEIAA, Haryana.

Six monthly compliance reports are being submitted regularly to the HSPCB and regional office, MoEF, GOI, Northern Region, Chandigarh and a copy to the SEIAA, Haryana. Receiving copies of previous compliance report are attached as Annexure- XVII.

(iii) STP outlet after stabilization and stack emission shall be monitored monthly. Other environmental parameters and green belt shall be monitored on quarterly basis. After every 3 months, the project proponent shall conduct environmental audit and shall take corrective measure, if required without delay.

(iv) The SEIAA, Haryana reserves the right to add additional safeguard measures subsequently, if found necessary, Environmental Clearance granted will be revoked if it is found the false information has been given for getting approval of this project. SEIAA reserves the right to revoke the clearance if conditions stipulated are not implemented to the satisfaction of SEIAA/MoEF.

If any additional safeguards measures will be given, it will be followed and complied.

(v) The project proponent shall not violate any judicial orders/pronouncements issued by any court/Tribunal.

Any kind of violation will not be done against any judicial orders/pronouncements issued by any court/Tribunal.

(vi) All other statutory clearance such as the approvals for storage of diesel from Chief Controller of Explosive, Fire Department, Civil Aviation Department, Forest Conservation Act , 1980 and Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 PLPA, 1900, Forest Act 1927 etc shall be obtained, as applicable by project proponent from the respective authorities prior to construction of the project

7. Consent to establish Quantity of diesel stored does not exceed 1000 liters at a time hence there is no requirement of permission from chief controller of explosives in construction phase. Other clearances will be obtained as and when required.

(vii) The project proponent should inform the public that the project has been accorded Environment Clearance by the SEIAA and copies of the clearance letter are available with the state pollution control board & SEIAA. This should be advertised within 7 days from the date of issue of the clearance letter at least in two local newspapers that are widely circulated in the region and copy of the same should be forwarded to SEIAA Haryana. A copy of Environmental Clearance conditions shall also be put on project proponent’s web site for public awareness.

Advertisement of award of environmental clearance to the project in Times of India and NBT has been given and the copy of the same has been submitted in the previous compliance report.

(viii) Under the provision of Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, legal action shall be initiated against the project proponent if it was found that construction of the project has been started before obtaining prior Environmental Clearance.

Project has granted environmental clearance wide letter no. SEIAA/HR/2013/611 dated 04.09.2013 and the copy of the same is attached refer Annexure I.

(ix) Any appeal against the this Environmental Clearance shall lie with the National Green Tribunal, if preferred, within a period of 30 days as prescribed under section 16 of the National Green Tribunal Act,2010.

Time has already lapsed. So, this condition is not applicable.

(x) The project proponent shall put in place corporate Environment Policy as mentioned in MoEF, GOI OM No. J-11013/41/2006-IA II (I) dated 26.4.2012 within 3 months period. Latest corporate Environmentally Policy should be submitted to SEIAA within 3 months of issuance of this letter.

An Environmental Corporate Policy is in place.

(xi) The fund ear-marked for environment protection measures should be kept in separate account and should not be diverted for other purposes and year wise expenditure shall be reported to the SEIAA/RO MoEF GOI under rules prescribed for Environment audit.

Details of funds allocated to environmental protection measures have been submitted with the environmental application. Funds shall not be diverted for any other purposes.

(xii) The project proponent shall ensure the compliance of Forest Department, Haryana Notification no. S.O.121/PA2/1900/S.4/97 dated 28.11.1997

NOC from the forest department has been obtained and the same has been submitted in the previous compliance report in the previous compliance report of June 2014.

(xiii) The project proponent shall ensure that no vehicle during construction/operation phase enter the project premises without valid “Pollution under Control” certificate from competent authority.

Valid PUC certificates for all the vehicles at the site are maintained. Copy of PUC certificates from transport commissioner, Haryana is attached as Annexure-XVIII.

(xiv) The project proponent is responsible for compliance of all conditions in Environmental Clearance letter and project proponent cannot absolve himself / herself for the responsibility by shifting it to any contractor engaged by project proponent.

All the environmental safeguards condition imposed shall be complied by the applicant.

(xv) The project proponent shall seek fresh environmental clearance if at any stage there is change in the planning of the proposed project.

This letter is in reference to your application no. Nil dated 08-1 1-20 II

addressed to Director, fA (Ill) MOEF GOI received on 08-11-2011 and transferred to

M.S. SEJAA, Haryana received on 18-05-2012 and subsequent letter dated 24-08-2012

seeking prior Environmental Clearance for the above project under the EIA Notitlcation_

2006. The proposal has been appraised as per prescribed procedure in the light of

proviswns under the EIA Notification, 2006 on the basis of the mandatory documents

enclosed with the application viz., Form-1, Fanni-A & Conceptual Plan. EIAIEMP on

the basis of approved TOR and additional clarifications furnished in response to rhe

observations of the State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) constituted by MOE F.

GOJ vide their Notification 23.3.20 12, in its meeting held on 08-08-2012. 12-10-2012

and 09-07-2013 awarded "Gold'' grading ro the project.

(2] It is inter-alia, noted that the project involves the construcrion of Group

Housing Project at Sec- I 04, Gurgaon, Haryana having a total plot area is 89528.46 sqmt.

The total built up area shall be 207187.396 sqmt. The Group Housing complex shall

comprise of II Residential Towers having Basement+ GF + ma~'imum 17 floors. I

EWS tower G+7 community building Basement +GF + 2, Primary school and Nursery

school etc. The maximum height of the building shall be 54.25 meter for which NOC

from AAI has been obtained. The total water requirement shall be !120 KLD. The fresh

water requirement shall be 645 KLD. The waste water generation shall be 792 KLD.

which will be treated in the STP of 900 KLD capacity leading to zero exit discharge. The

total power requirement shall be 9302 KVA which will be supplied by Dl-iBVN. The

clearance for the project mentioned· above, subject to compliance_ \Vith the stipulated

conditions. Accordingly, the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority in its

meeting held on 05-08-2013 decided to agree with the recommendations of SEAC to

accord necessary environmental clearance for the project under Category 8(b) of EIA

Notification 2006 subject to the strict compliance with the specific and general conditions

mentioned below:-

PART A-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:­Construction Phase:-] I] "'Consent for Establish" shall be obtained from Haryana State Pollution Control

Board under Air and Water Act and a copy shall be submitted to the SEIAA.

Haryana before the start of any construction work at site.

]2] A first aid room as proposed in the project report shall be provided both during

constmCtion and operational phase of the project.

[3] Adequate drinking water and sanitary facilities should be provided for construction

workers at the site. Provision should be made for mobile toilets. Open defecation

by the laboures is strictly prohibited. The safe disposal of waste water and solid

wastes generated during the construction phase should be ensured.

[4] All the topsoil excavated during construction activities should be stored for use in

horticulture/landscape development within the project site.

[5] The project proponent shall ensure that the building material required during

construction phase is properly stored within the project area and disposal of

construction waste should not create anY adverse effect' on the neighboring

communities and should be disposed. of after taking necessarJ precautions for

general safety and health aspects of people, only in approved sites with the approval

of competent authority.

16) Construction spoils, including bituminous material and other hazardous nlaterials,

must not 'be allowed to contaminate v..'atercourses and the dump sites for such

material 1nust be secured so that they should not leach into the ground water and

any hazardous waste generated during construction phase, sho:.Jld be disposed off as

per applicable rules and nom1s with necessary approval of the Haryana State

Pollution Control Board.

[7] The diesel generator sets to be used during construction phase should be of ultra

low sulphur diesel iype and should conform to Environment (Protection) Rules

prescribed for air and noise emission standards.

]8] The diesel required for operating DG sets shall be stored in uoderground tanks and

if required, clearance from ChiefControJ:er of Explosives shail be taken.

[9] Ambient noise levels should conform to the residential stancards both during day

and night. Incremental pollution loads on the ambient ai~ and noise quality should

be closely monitored during construction phase. Adequate measures should be

taken to reduce ambient air and noise level during construction phase~ so as to

conform to the stipulated residential standards.

!101 Fly ash should be used as building material in the construction as per the proyisions

of Fly Ash Notification of September 1999 and as amended on 27th August 2003.

(11] Storm water control and its re-use as per CGWB and BIS standards for various

applications should be ensured.

(12] Water demand during construction should be reduced by use of pre-mixed concrete,

curing agents and other best practices.

(13] In view of the severe constrains in water supply augmentation in the region and

sustainability of water resources, the developer will submit the NOC from CGWA

specifying water extraction quantities and assurance from HUDA/ utility provider

indicating source of water supply and quantity of water with details of intended

use of water - potable and non-potable. Assurance is required for both

construction and operation stages separately. It shall be submitted to the SEIAA

and RO, MOEF, Chandigarh before the start of construction.

(14] Roof should meet prescriptive requirement as per Energy Conservation Building

Code by using appropriate thermal insulation material.

(15] Opaque wall should meet prescriptive requirement as per Energy Conservation

Building Code which is proposed to be mandatory for all air conditioned spaces

while it is desirable for non-air-conditioned spaces by use of appropriate thermal

insulation material to fulfill requirement.

(16] The approval of the competent authority shall be obtained for structural safety of the

building on account of earthquake, adequacy of fire fighting equipments, etc. as per

National Building Code including protection measures from lightening etc. If any

forest land is involved in the proposed site, clearance under Forest Conservation

Act shall be obtained from the competent Authority.

(17] Overexploited groundwater and impending severe shortage of water supply in the

region requires the developer to redraw the water and energy conservation plan.

Developer shall reduce the overall footprint of the proposed development. Project

proponent shall incorporate water efficiency /savings measures as well as water

reuse/recycling within 3 months and before start of construction to the SEIAA,

Haryana and RO, MOEF, GO!, Chandigarh.

(18] The Project Proponen't shall construct 22 rain water harvesting pits for recharging

the ground water within the project premises. Rain water harvesting pits shall be

designed to make provisions for siiting chamber and removal of floating matter

. before entering harvesting pit. Jvlaintenance budget and persons responsible for

maintenance must be provided. Care shall also be taken that contaminated water

do not enter any R WH pit.

[19) The project proponent shall provide for adequate fire safety measures and

equipments as required by Haryana Fire Service Act, 2009 and instructions issued

by the local Authority/Directorate of fire from time to time. Further the project

proponent shall take necessary permission regarding fire safety scheme/NOC from

competent Authority as required.

[20] The Project Proponent shall submit assurance from the DHBVN for supply of

· 9302 KVA of power supply before the start of construction. In no case project will

be operational solely on generators without any power supply from any external

power utility.

[21) Detail calculation of power load and ultimate power load of the project shall be

submitted to DHBVN under intimation to SEIAA Haryana before the start of

construction. Provisions shall be made for electrical infrastructure in the project

area.

[22) The Project Proponent shall not raise any construction in the natural land

depression I Nallahlwater course and shall ensure that the natural flow from the.

Nallahlwater course is not obstructed.

[23] The Project 'Proponent shall keep the plinth level of the building blocks

sufficiently above the level of the approach road to the Project as per prescribed

by-laws. Levels of the other areas in the Projects shall also be kept suitably so as

to avoid flooding.

[24] Construction· shall be carried out so that density of population does not exceed

norms approved by Director General Town and Country Department Haryana.

[25) The Project Proponent shall submit an affidavit with the declaration that ground

water will n~t be. used for construction and only treated water should be used for

construction.

[26] The project proponent shall not cut any existing tree and project landscaping plan

should be modified to include those trees in green area.

[27) The project proponent shall provide helipad facility as required under NBC norms

and shall seek permission ofhelipad from AAI accordingly.

[28) The project proponent shall ensure that ECBC norms for composite climate zone

are met. In particular building envelope, HV AC service, water heating, pumping,

lighting and electrical infrastructure must meet ECBC norms.

[29] The project proponent shall provide 3 meter high barricade around the

project area, dust screen for every floor above the ground, proper sprinkling

and covering of stored material to restrict dust and air pollution during

construction.

[30] The project proponent shall construct a sedimentation basin in the lower level of the

project site to trap pollutant and other wastes during rains.

[31] The project proponent shall provide proper Rasta of proper width and proper

strength for each project before the start of construction.

[32] The project proponent shall provide all the safety measures for the workers during

construction of high rise building.

[33] The project proponent shall ensure that the U-value of the glass is less than 3.177

and maximum solar heat gain co-efficient is 0.25 for vertical fenestration.

[34] The project proponent shall ensure structural integrity ofhigli rise building during

any seismic activity.

[35] The project proponent shall adequately control construction dusts like silica dust,

non-silica dust, wood dust. Such dusts shall not spread outside project premises.

Project Proponent shall provide respiratory protective equipment to all construction

workers.

[36] The project proponent shall ensure that the plinth level of the building block to be

1.5 meter above 100 years flood level of the said Najafgarh Jheel.

[37] The project proponent shall obtain NOC from HUDA as well as Irrigation

Department before the start of construction, regarding possible adverse effect of

project proposal on the said Najafgarh Jheel.

[38] The project proponent shall develop complete civic infrastructure of the Group

Housing colony including internal roads, green belt development, sewerage line,

Rain Water recharge arrangements, Storm water drainage system, Solid waste

management site and provision for composting of bio-degradable waste, STP,

water supply line, dual plumbing line, electric supply lines etc. and shall offer

possession of the units/flats thereafter.

[39] The project proponent shall provide one refuse area till 24 meter, one till 39 meter

and one after every 15 meter as per National Building Code.

[40] The project proponent shall provide fire control room and fire officer for building

above 30 meter as per National Building Code.

[41] The project proponent shall obtain permission of Mines and Geology Department

for excavation of soil before the start of construction.

[42] The project proponent shall provide sound barrier to control noise pollution due to

the existence of railway track near the project area and shall submit revised plan

before the start of construction.

[43] The project proponent shall submit revised layout plan replacing area earmarked

for water bodies in the central part of project area with the green belt before the

start of construction.

[44) The project proponent shall keep the 24 meter road level, internal road level,

landscape level and ground floor level of the tower up to the level of existing

railway track. Provision of infrastructure facilities by the project proponent shall

not adversely affect the area between the railway track and the area of project

proponent.

[45] The project proponent shalJ seek specific prior approval from concerned local

Authority!HUDA regarding provision of storm drainage and sewerage system

including their integration with external services ofHUDA/ Local authorities beside

other required services before taking up any construction activity.

[46) The site for solid waste management plant be earmarked on the layout plan and the

detailed project for setting up the solid waste management plant shall be submitted

to the Authority within one month.

Operational Phase:

[a) "Consent to Operate" shall be obtained from Haryana State Pollution Control

Board under Air and Water Act and a copy shall be submitted to the SEIAA,

Haryana.

[b) the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) shall be installed for the treatment of the

sewage to the prescribed standards including odour and treated effluent shall be

recycled. The installation of STP should be certified by an independent expert and

a report in this regard should be submitted to the SEIAA, Haryana before the

project is commissioned for operation. Tertiary treatment of waste water is

mandatory. Discharge of treated sewage shall conform to the norms and standards

of HSPCB, Panchkula. Project Proponent shalJ implement such STP technology

which does not require filter backwash.

[c) Separation of the grey and black water should be done by the use of dual plumbing

' line. Treatment of 100% grey water by decentralized treatment should be done

ensuring that the re-circulated water should have BOD level less than I 0 mg/litre

and the recycled water will be used for flushing, gardening and DG set cooling etc.

to achieve zero exit discharge.

[d) For disinfection of the treated wastewater ultra-violet radiation or ozonization

process should be used.

[e) The solid waste generated should be properly collected and segregated. Bio­

degradable waste shall be decomposed at site and dry/ inert solid waste should be

disposed off to approved sites for land filling after recovering recyclable material.

[f] Diesel power generating sets proposed as source of back-up power for lifts,

common area illumination and for domestic use should be of enclosed type and

conform to ruies made under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. The

location of the DG sets should be in the basement as promised by the project

proponent with appropriate stack height i.e. above the roof level as per the CPCB

norms. The diesel used for DG 'ets should be ultra low sulphur diesel (0.05%

sulphur), instead of low sulphur diesel.

[g} Ambient Noise level should be controlled to ensure that it does not exceed the

prescribed standards both within and at the boundary of the Proposed Residential

Complex.

[h) The project proponent should maintain at least 30% as green cover area for tree

plantation especially all around the periphery of the project and on the road sides

preferably with local species which can provide protection against noise and

suspended particulates matter. The open spaces inside the project should be

preferably landscaped and covered with vegetation/grass, herbs & shrubs. Only

locally available plant species shall be used.

[i) The project proponent shall strive to minimize water in irrigation of landscape by

minimizing grass area, using native variety, xeriscaping and mulching, utilizing

efficient irrigation system, scheduling irrigation only after checking evapo­

transpiration data.

[j) Rain water harvesting for roof run-off and surface run-off, as per plan submitted

should be implemented. Before recharging the surface run off, pre- treatment

through sedimentation tanks must be done to remove suspended matter, oil and

grease. The bore well for rainwater recharging shall be kept at least 5 mts. above

the highest ground water table. Care shall be taken that contaminated water do not

enter any RWH pit. The project proponent shall avoid Rain Water Harvesting of

first I 0 minutes of rain fall. Roof top of the building shall be without any toxic

material or paint which can contaminate rain water. Wire mess and filters should

be used wherever required.

[k) The ground water level and its quality should be monitored regularly in

consultation with Central Ground Water Authority.

[I) There should be no traffic eongestion near the entry and exit points from the roads

adjoining the proposed project site. Parking should be fully intemalized and no

public space should be utilized.

(m] A report on the energy conservation measures confonning to energy conservation

nonns finalized by Bureau of Energy Efficiency should be prepared incorporating

details about building materials & technology, R & U Factors etc and submitted to

the SEIAA, Haryana in three months time.

[n) Energy conservation measures like installation of LED for lighting the areas outside

the building should be integral pal}: of 1he project design ar:d should be in place

before project commissioning. Use of ~.~·Jiar panels must be adzpted to the maximuJTl

energy conservation.

(o] The Project Proponent shall use zero ozone depleting potential material in

insulation, refrigeration, air-conditioning and adhesive. Project Proponent shall also

provide halon free fire suppression system.

(p] The solid waste generated should be properly collected and segregated as per the

requirement of the MSW Rules, 2000 and as amended from time to time. The bio­

degradable waste should be treated by appropriate technology at the site ear-marked

within the project area and dry/inert solid waste should be disposed off to the

approved sites for land filling after recovering recyclable material.

( q] The provision of the solar water heating system shall be as per norms specified by

HAREDA and shall be made operational in each building block.

[r] The traffic plan and the parking plan proposed by the Project Proponent should be

adhered to meticulously with further scope of additional parking for future

requirement. There should be no traffic congestion near the entry and exit points

from the roads adjoining the proposed project site. Parking should be fully

internalized and no public space should be used.

(s] The Project shall be operationalized only when HUDA/local authority will provide

domestic water supply system in the area.

(t] Operation and maintenance of STP, solid waste management and electrical

Infrastructure, pollution control measures shall be ensured even after the

completion of sale.

[ u] Different type of wastes should be disposed off as per provisions of municipal

solid waste, biomedical waste, hazardous waste, e-waste, batteries & plastic rules

made tinder Environment Protection Act, 1986. Particularly E-waste and Battery ;.•<' wa8te shall be disposed of as per existing E-waste Management Ruies 2011 and

Batteries Management Rules 2001. the project proponent should maintain a

collection center for E-waste and it shouid be disposed of to only· registered and

authorized dismantler I recycler.

(v] Standards for discharge of environmental pollutants as enshrined in various

schedules of rule 3 of Environment Protection Rule 1986 shall be strictly complied

with.

(w] Water supply shall be metered among different users of utilities.

[x] The project proponent shall ensure that the stack height of DG sets is as per the

CPCB guide lines and also ensure that the emission standards of noise and air are

within the CPCB prescribed limits. Noise and Emission level of DG sets greater

than 800 KVA shall be as per CPCB latest standards for high capacity DG sets.

(y] All electric supply exceeding 100 amp, 3 phase shall maintain the power factor

between 0.98 lag to 1 at the point of connection.

[z] The project proponent shall use only treated water instead of fresh water for DG cooling. The Project Proponent shall also use evaporative cooling technology and

double stage cooling system for HV AC in Order to reduce water consumption. Further temperature, relative humidity during summer and winter seasons should be kept at optimal level. Variable speed drive, best Co-efficient of Performance, as well as optimal integrated point load value and minimum outside fresh air supply may be resorted for conservation of power and water. Coil type cooling DO Sets shall be used for saving cooling water consumption for water cooled DG Sets.

[aa] The project proponent shall ensure that the transformer is constructed with high quality grain oriented, low loss silicon steel and virgin electrolyte grade copper. The project proponent shall obtain manufacturer's certificate also for that.

[ab] The project proponent shall ensure that exit velocity from the stack should be sufficiently high. Stack shall be designed in such a way that there is no stack down-water under any meteorological conditions.

[ac] The project proponent shall provide water sp1inkling system in the project area to suppress the dust in addition to the already suggested mitigation measures in the Air Environment Chapter ofEMP.

PART-B. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

[i] The Project Proponent shall ensure the commitments made in Fonn-1, Fonn-lA, EINEMP and other documents submit<ed to the SEIAA for the protection of environment and proposed enviromnental safeguards are complied with in letter and spirit. In case of contradiction between two or more documents on any point the most envirorunentally friendly commitment on the point shall be taken as commitment by project proponent.

[ii] Six monthly compliance reports should be submitted to the HSPCB and Regional Office, MOEF, GO!, Northern Region, Chandigarh and a copy to the SElAA, Haryana.

[iii] STP outlet after stabilization and stack emission shall be monitored monthly. Other environmental parameters and green belt shall be monitored on quarterly basis. After every 3 (three) months, the project proponent shall conduct enviromnental audit and shall take conective measure, if required, without delay.

[iv] : The SEIAA, Haryana reserves the right to add additional safeguard measures subsequently, if found necessary. Environmental Clearance granted will be revoked if it is found that false information has been given for getting approval of this project. SEIAA reserves the right to revoke the clearance if conditions stipulated are not implemented to the satisfaction of SEIAA/MoEF.

[v] The Project proponent shall not violate any judicial orders/pronouncements issued by any Court/Tribunal.

[vi] All other statutory clearances such as the approvals for storage of diesel from Chief Controller of Explosives, Fire Department, Civil Aviation Depaltment, Forest Conservation Act, 1980 and Wildlife (Protection) Act, 191.2, Forest Act, 1927. PLPA 1900, etc. shall be obtained, as applicable by project·proponents from the respective authorities prior to construction of the project.

[vii] The Project proponent should inform the public that the project has been accorded Envirorunent Clearance by the SElAA and copies of the clearance letter are available with the Haryana State Pollution Control Board & SEIAA. This should be advertised within 7 days from the date of issue of the clearance letter at least in two local newspapers that are widely circulated in the region and the copy of the same should be forwarded to SEIAA Haryana. A copy of Environment Clearance conditions Shall also be put on project proponent's web site for public awarentss.

[viii] Under the provisions of Envirorunent (Protection) Act, 1986, legal action shall be initiated against the Project Proponent if it was found that coHstruction of the project has been started before obtaining prior Environmental Clearance.

[ix] Any appeal against the tills Envirorunental Clearance shall lie with the National Green Tribunal, if preferred, within a period of 30 days as prescribed under Section 16 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010.

r X I The project proponent shall put in place Corporate Environment Policy as mentioned in MoEF, Go! OM No. J-11013/41/2006-IA II (!) dated 26.4.2012 witllln 3 months period. Latest Corporate Environment Policy should be submitted to SEIAA within 3 months of issuance of this letter.

[xi] The fund ear-marked for environment protection measures should be kept in separate account and should not be divened for other purposes and year wise expenditure shall be reported to the SEIAA/RO MOEF GO! under rules prescribed for Environment Audit.

[xii] The project proponent shall ensure the compliance of Forest Department, Haryana Notification no. S.O.l21/PA2/1900/S.4/97 dated 28.11.1997.

[xiii] The Project Proponent shaJI ensure that no vehicle during consnuctionioperation phase enter the project premises without valid 'Pollution Under Control' certificate from competent Authority.

[xiv] The project proponent is responsible for compliance of all conditions in Environmental Clearance letter and project proponent can not absolve himself /herself of the responsibility by shifting it to any controctor engaged hy project proponent.

[xv] The project proponent shall seek fresh Environmental clearance if at any stage there is change in the planning of the proposed project.

The ground water was found to be hard and alkaline. Magnesium concentration was also found to be high than the required limit. The results suggest that the water is not fit for drinking unless proper softening is done and alkalinity is reduced. Treatment of magnesium is also suggested before use.

4. Soil Monitoring

Soil sample was collected on 4/11/2014 from the site. Monitoring results are given in Table 12

5. Diesel Generator Stack Monitoring Results

Stacks of 1X125 KVA and 1X200 KVA D.G. sets were monitored on 04/11/2014 at the site. All the parameters were found to be below limits. The results are furnished in Table-13 below
