A personalized pre-operative plan is created based on a 3D model of patient anatomy. A proprietary algorithm, developed by Medacta’s engineers, allows for detection of ligament origin and insertion

PRE-OPERATIVE PLANNINGThe system is able to track the position of the collateral ligaments throughout the range of motion allowing an intra-operative 3D assessment of the ligaments

SOFT TISSUE ASSESSMENT

The protocol is based on CT image acquisition. This enables an accurate and personalized planin order to optimize implant positioning and joint balancing

The surgeon can adjust the pre-operative plan in accordance with patient-specific data about kinematics and collateral ligaments collected intraoperatively
