ProQA Export

• Click “Start,” “Programs,” “Priority Dispatch,”“ProQA Import-Export-Purge”

Select “Export.” Enter a location for the output file

If overwriting an existing file of the same name, check “Erase existing file”

You can export by “All cases,”“Date,” “Case,” or “Operator” ID

Select “Options” then “Advanced export settings”

If you are exporting ALL ProQA data, select “Default ProQA.”

If you are exporting for AQUA, select “Randomized for AQUA.” Enter your percentage in the place provided in the “Random percentage” box.

You may also export in Comma-delimited or Fixed-field formats.

You can select to include or exclude all of a specific Chief Complaint code by checking in the appropriate Chief Complaint box in “File type options”

After you have selected your export settings, click on the “Process” button

• The following assumes that you have already installed and setup AQUA!

• Create a “Case List;” give it a descriptive file name

• “Double Click” the case list you just created then select the “Import ProQA” button

• “Click” the “ProQA File to Import” button

• Select the file that you exported from ProQA

• You will be notified when the import is complete. Select the Case in the Case List and begin!

• Once ProQA Reports is open, select “Database, Data Manager”

• Select “Create New Database” and give the database a unique name

• For ease of report file management, it is recommended that you create a new folder called “Reports” in the “ProQA.win” directory

• After naming the database, check to include key questions and provide applicable date ranges by using the drop down calendars.

– Select “Update” to import the records.– Click “Done”
