In an effort to alert participants of these changes, a bulletin board will be located in the registration area containing notices of last changes. Opening ceremony The opening ceremony will be held Thursday, 27th September, from 9:00 to 9:20 at the Central Hall, Aula Magna “Mihai Şerban”. The access in the hall will be stopped after 9:00, till the first coffee break. Coffee breaks Teas and coffees will be provided during morning and afternoon breaks in the Central Hall, first level and also in the section’s halls. Banquet, Lunch & Dinner The banquet will take place at Hotel Napoca Restaurant (10 minutes walk from the University) on Friday, 28th September, from 19:00 to 24:00. The banquet is included in the registration fee and you will receive a voucher at registration desk. The lunch will be served on Thursday, 27th September, from 13:00 to 14:30 at Institute of Biodiversity and on Friday 28th September, from 13:00 to 14:30 at Agonomia Restaurant (5 minutes walk from the University). The dinner will be served only on Thursday, 27th September, from 20:00 to 21:30 at Agonomia Restaurant. Lunch and dinner vouchers can be bought individualy in Romanian lei (RON) at the registration desk, only Thursday, 27th September, from 08:00 to 12:30.
