Disha placement cell, is a student-faculty driven initiative by Bapuji B-Schools, towards career planning and development. Over the years Disha has supported the students, in

enhancing their career prospects through training, counseling and guidance. Annual JOB FAIRs is another accomplishment of Disha, through which students community from graduate

to postgraduates are benefitted in the region. It facilitates the selection process of all the companies, from different sectors, as per their prerequisites in managing, all logistics of

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Faculty members are exposed to new learning methodologies, through Faculty Development Programs and Conference

either hosted by the Institute or deputing faculty members to such programs organized by other institutes across the

Country. A glimpse of FDP hosted at our institute on “Financial Modeling using Excel Spreadsheets”

23 MBA students of Bapuji B-Schools & 128 junior trainees of NWKRTC, participated in survey and submitted a report to

NWKRTC. The survey was aimed to “ Investigate and Improve the efficiency of NWKRTC”.

Bapuji B-Schools conducted extensive survey, with the support of DIC in Davangere district and submitted areport on

“Perspective Industrial Development Plan 2013-2017”. The report was useful as an operational document, which helps in

decision making for investment promotion, infrastructure development, technology up gradation marketing, support and

financing of the industries.

The Bapuji B-Schools supports social responsibility, both from the inside and outside the classroom. Institute believes in

engaging students, in more ways than just academics. It is really about going above and beyond, and trying new things.
