Industry Promotion
• A key objective of Hardware Australia is to promote the industry at all levels. Hardware Australia is rolling out school based initiatives such as ‘Hardware as a Career’ to encourage school students to recognise the value and prospects within the hardware industry.
• Other initiatives include ‘Support your local Hardware’ to raise awareness and encourage the general public to shop at their local hardware.

ABOUT This qualification has been designed and developed to specifically meet the needs of hardware industry and staff.
The qualification provides participants with key skills and knowledge that allows them to engage with customers, provide in-depth product and service offerings, sell to customers, organise and maintain work areas and displays, and carry out specific work responsibilities to required organisational expectations and safety. Individuals will have a good foundation of product and service knowledge that will enable them to interact effectively with customers and facilitate sales and service.
Our traineeship model is aimed at being flexible utilising a combination of online, workbook, electronic and face to face delivery to suit participants.
Delivered over approximately 12 - 18 months training sessions occur every 6 to 8 weeks with continual support and tutition via Skype, email and telephone communication.
Practice and implementation of new skills and learnings is applied directly in the workplace with the supervisor overseeing progress between visits.
COST Full Fees for the course are $2650 *
