MARKETING STR ATEGY I offer marketing support for your business,

ECOMMERCE I can implement a full sales system into your

web build; from tickets to merchandise - making it easy for you to track and promote sales.

WEB DESIGN Full web build into Wordpress allowing for the

best CMS available, so you can edit and add text, photos, news, without fear of damaging the site.

PRINT MARKETING I love to design for print and offer great rates on design, from flyers and posters to programmes

and brochures.

RESEARCHI will research other dance company websites; and collate a number to look through with you in order to establish what you like/don’t like and use that knowledge to ensure the

build incorporates exactly the features you require. I will also look from a design and build perspective to see what flow works best for the personality we wish to establish.

DESIGNI will utilise the ideas and information we have from Step 1 in order to make a concept for your company. I will use your current imagery and artwork as a basis for this work, but put my own touches to ensure that the site is finished off beautifully. With your permission, we can work through the design of your current content and establish templates and a strong

brand across the board.

IMPLEMENTATIONOnce we have a clear artistic direction for the site; I can build to the agreed specifications and the site will be ready to make available to the general public and start to push the link

on your media channels.

EVALUATIONAs part of the site build I will incorporate several tools to track the traffic to the site; what pages are most often clicked onto; what data we capture through contact forms and sign

up pages. We can use this information to build a newsletter, direct social media posts and discover what content from your company is the most ‘successful’ online, allowing for

changes to be made to your angle of approach, to new and existing people across the board.

I believe that good quality design requires more than just creativity. It requires research, analysis and close collaboration with you to reflect your vision, strengths, messages and priorities. To make sure this is followed closely; I utilise a simple 4 step method.

PROTOCOL DANCE COMPANY

Protocol Dance Company was founded in 2008 by Choreographers Jared Garfield and Lanre Malaolu.

Protocol Dance Company was founded in 2008 by Choreographers Jared Garfield and Lanre Malaolu.

Protocol is a London-based dance company dedicated to creating thrilling, bold and thought-provoking work. The company was founded by Jared Garfield and Lanre Malaolu in 2008, and since then the group has evolved from a competitive street dance group to an established dance theatre company - but Protocol’s core ethos has never changed.

At the heart of Protocol is innovation and risk. The group are constantly experimenting with movement to create fresh and dynamic pieces of theatre.

Protocol’s creative fluidity means that they don’t subscribe to any one traditional form of dance. The group use a fusion of techniques, including street styles such as Popping, Hip Hop, House and Krump, to create their own unique language of movement.

EVENTS PAGEI will ensure that the site has a page dedicated to your events/perfomances. This will be discussed with you further to establish what direction you want to take with this (i.e. I can link Facebook events directly onto a page on the website for ease of updating.)

CONTENTContent generation is key; as you are already aware. The quality of content you provide page ‘likers’ and site visitors is essential to build your name. I would happily assist in the generation of content to push out across social media that is on brand and topical. It is our aim to make Protocol Dance Company stand out from other dance companies with a great web presence backed up by great content.

NEWS/BLOGAs part of the site build; I feel you would benefit greatly from a news or blog section on the website in a clearly visible place; i.e. a link from the homepage. With being a dance company I feel that it is key that we establish a personality through the website and link it intrinsically with the facebook and other social medias.

OTHER OBJECTIVESI would like to establish what other purpose(s) you would like the website to have; is it to sign up people to your dance company? Is it to promote your events to the general public? Is it to capture data for a newsletter mail out (I can build contact forms and newsletter sign up forms as required).

EVENTS

I can see that the facebook page is used to promote events & performances.

PROMOTION AND VIDEOS

The page is also used to push out photographs and videos of perfomances to engage users and encourage sharing/involvement.

BEHIND THE SCENES

A lot of the content used on the Facebook comes from BTS photo/video. This makes it very easy to show the personality of your company.
