Members must compete at their assessed level in all classes. All competitors must supply their own numbers (both sides of the horse). HRCAV Valid membership and show jumping performance cards must be presented to the Event Secretary 30 minutes prior to first class. Competitors must present to gear check 20 minutes prior to first class. Failure to do so will result in elimination. An approved helmet, boots and medical armband be worn by competitors. Protests must be accompanied by $20 to be forfeited if dismissed. The organisers reserve the right to change the program without notice. Dogs are most welcome but must be kept on leads at all times. LEG reserves the right to refuse entry with or without stating a reason. Camping allowed at $10 extra to the above. Must be booked on entry form. Toilets, shower on premises
