NSGC has served the Potash industry for over 45 years. NSGC is a group of three companies, Northern Strands Co. Ltd., Certified Mining and Construction Sales and Rentals Inc., and Fortis Engineering & Manufacturing Inc.. MLCN-IMC has extensive experience in facility management and currently manages hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail and industrial space, www.mlcninvestment.ca. Together as IMCP we have the knowledge and the experience to manage infrastructure and maintain and service hopper cars and railcar trucks.

As a First Nations controlled entity, IMCP will draw on the expertise of its partners to become a leader in industrial maintenance throughout Western Canada.

IMCP came together through a collaboration between the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation Investment Management Corporation (MLCN-IMC) and the Northern Strands Group of Companies (NSGC)

Rail Car Maintenance�•� IMCP has the capability to fulfill all your

rail car maintenance needs. We are backed by a fully certified CWB weld shop located in Saskatoon. From engineering, to welding, to machining, to install and coating, IMCP can complete all your project requirements on time on budget and to the highest standards of quality. Our NSGC partner has successfully completed many large scope fabrication projects. Recently we completed an order of 11,000 large mine conveyor frames in under 4 months with a six sigma quality rating. NSGC’s ISO certifications in quality, environment, and safety make us a perfect fit to deliver all your custom manufacturing and OEM needs.

�•� Through our partners we have direct experience in rail car facilities. Our experience includes recertification, accident remediation and the design, fabrication and installation of rigging, material handling systems and fall protection systems.
