Getting Started with Pay4SchoolStuff Signing In

Returning Families Families returning to Pay4SchoolStuff.com for the first time since last year must update their account.

1. Sign in to www.Pay4SchoolStuff.com.

2. On the Welcome screen:

a. Click Edit to update Grade and Teacher for your returning student(s).

b. Add your new student(s) in the Add a Student to Your Account section. Complete all fields (Student ID is optional) and click Submit.

New Families Before using Pay4SchoolStuff.com the first time, you must create an account.

1. Go to www.Pay4SchoolStuff.com.

2. Complete the Parent Signup fields and click SIGNUP. You’ll receive an email to activate your account.

3. Once activated and logged in, complete all fields on the Add a New Student to Your Account screen (Student ID is optional). Click Submit. Repeat this step to add additional students to your account.

Shopping

1. Log in to www.Pay4SchoolStuff.com using your User ID and Password.

On the Welcome screen, click Select for your student. Shop for each of your children separately.

2. On the Item Selection screen, click Select next to a category you want to shop (e.g., Back to School Forms, Fees & Purchases). Clicking Preview Items Available for Purchase will show a quick-list of items for sale in each category.

3. Click the Select box for each item you want to buy. Complete the Form that may pop up and enter Quantity.

You also may need to fill in your own price for an item (e.g., Capital Contributions) or select an item with “zero-cost” (e.g., Volunteer Interest).

Keep an eye out for “REQUIRED” sale items (Field Day, Tech Fees, and Publications)!

4. When you’ve selected all of your items to purchase, click Add to Cart.

5. Click Continue Shopping to shop for additional items or your other students. Be sure you don’t miss items available for sale in each category (Capital Donations, Spirit Rock, GoPlaySave).

6. When you’re done shopping, click Proceed to Cart to review your order and click Pay Now.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted. For security purposes, Pay4SchoolStuff does not automatically store credit or debit card information.

You’ll receive email receipts from the system and have 24/7 access to online reporting. If you do not receive an email receipt, check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list.

We’re bundling all required fees for your convenience. Required fees differ by grade level and include:

1. Field Day

The field day cost is $4 per child in grades K through 2, and $7 per child in grades 3 through 5.

2. Publications

Higher student achievement requires many tools inside and outside of the classroom. Publications are just one of the many instructional tools that our teachers use every year to help students achieve academic success.

PTA MEMBERSHIP

This is your opportunity to join the Providence Spring PTA, to have a voice and a hand in the many volunteer opportunities at our school. An active and committed PTA provides support for a successful school – so we need YOU. At PSE, the PTA sponsors many efforts that benefit ALL our students:

• Cultural Arts – authors, storytellers, children’s theatre, cafeteria concerts

New to PSE? We’ve got you covered! We love being part of the exciting opportunities and events always happening at PSE, but we realize it can be a bit overwhelming- especially for new families. Luckily, our Parent Ambassadors are here to help you figure it all out!

Parent Ambassadors are assigned at the beginning of the school year and serve as your family’s “go to” contact throughout your entire first year at PSE. Ambassadors are here to answer all of your questions (no matter how big or small!) and to help you navigate the inner workings of our wonderful school. Volunteering is a great way to meet people, have fun, and make a real difference in your children’s lives. Please read the following descriptions to find activities that interest you; then sign up online or on the separate Volunteer Sign-up Form. • ROCKET ART Kim Salter, [email protected] Fall fundraiser featuring student artwork transferred onto various gift items. Volunteers needed to assist in checking accuracy of order forms, collecting money and distributing finished products to classrooms. Flexible 1-2 hour shifts only twice a year (Nov. & Dec.)

• GALLERY WALK Lindsey Kerr, [email protected] This special Spring evening fundraiser includes all PSE students, inviting their families to take home their budding PSE artists' masterpieces. Volunteers needed to help with planning, setup and assistance during this event.

AUDIT COMMITTEE Margaux Karagosian, [email protected] Assist with auditing the PTA financial books. Help review the financial statements and books on a monthly basis. Each member will be responsible for auditing approximately 4 months during the year and assisting with the final audit after the fiscal year closes in June. Monthly audits at your convenience approximately 4 times a year and the final audit is scheduled for a couple of hours over the summer. There is no need for auditing or financial background.

BEAUTIFICATION Vance Hodges [email protected] Help keep PSE’s campus beautiful with supplemental gardening and some light maintenance. No experience necessary. BOOK FAIR – Fall & Spring Abeer Gerges, [email protected] Carrie Koehnlein, [email protected] Larissa Peach, [email protected] Help children locate & select books, work the registers, tidy up throughout the day and set-up and break down the book fairs. Shifts available during the school day and during Family Night Dinner/Ice Cream Social evenings. Please feel free to sign up for as many shifts as you like. CARNIVAL Katie Greenway, [email protected] Amber Fudella, [email protected] Kirby Fish, [email protected] Help needed to plan and organize our school carnival. Help also needed to set up, run activities, and clean-up on day of event. CHALLENGE RUN Jess Finn, [email protected] Help needed to organize and set up on the day on the run. FALL FAMILY NIGHT DINNER/SPRING ICE CREAM SOCIAL Erin Sperling, [email protected] Rowena Styron, [email protected] We all know that our PSE Rockets are just like family -- so why not join us as we plan and roll out our Family Dinners & Festivities. There are many ways to be a part of these fun-filled family evenings that mean so much to our students and our school. Join our decorations team, or work a one-hour shift at an event, helping with set-up, clean-up, serving, taking tickets or parking. FIELD DAYS Sarah Danser, [email protected] Participate in your child's field day by volunteering to help set-up, run a station, help with relays, etc. This is a fun, outdoor opportunity available for moms and dads! A sign up genius will be sent in the spring for volunteer opportunities. Volunteer to meet, greet and lend a helping hand in the front office. Help with mail, phones, supplies, front desk inquiries, photocopying and whatever else is needed. Training provided. We need volunteers to help us capture the events of the school year for the PSE yearbook. This is a great opportunity to tap into your creative side while experiencing PSE from a new perspective. Volunteers would commit to taking pictures for school events or pre-approved playground/lunch times and editing those photos. (Each event is approximately 1-2 hours, and you can sign up for one or many.) This is a flexible and fun opportunity!
